Unscripted Thoughts with Bailey Braccini
On this episode I'm joined by Bailey Braccini, a wonderful, curious, driven individual who is all about raising the bar as a human being. She is Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and is a wealth of knowledge around all things health/wellness and leveling up in life. We dive into a multitude set of ideas, concepts and perspectives, where we state early on, we are not experts, but boy are we on the path to becoming more aware. If you're a human being, and have any itch to level up your current life, this episode is for you!
Cheers!
Unscripted Thoughts with Adam Krajewski
An authentic conversation with one of the "others". Joined with me on this episode is Adam Krajewski ("Juice"). This conversation touched on a multitude of concepts, learning, and realizations. "Juice" sparks my interest as a human being as he lives a very authentic life with massive ambition of becoming more of who he was created to be. He's currently in the business world as well as health and wellness, and loves to travel, for it expands one's thinking of understanding. "Juice" and I first met at the University of St. Thomas where we were teammates on the baseball team. Come listen to the thoughts, ideas, and perspectives we both have to share with one another and see what lands for you. Ask yourself the questions we discuss and see what "lifeforces" you're engaging with.
Cheers!
Intentional. Curious. Authentic.
Unscripted Thoughts with John Bunce
It was a matter of time folks before Bunce and I had a conversation with a couple of mics in our faces. A real pleasure of a conversation pushing the envelope on human performance and behavior. We talk about leaning onto more of who you are, and what that consists of. Major in the majors of life, minor in the minors of life. The things inside our control are worth our time from routines, systems we put in place, habits, mentorship, and environments we put ourselves in, we dive into many foundational habits that "lead to the big events in life". Bunce is an intentional, curious, and authentic human being. He can wear many masks from being a generous, courteous man to one that can also be an absolute savage whether it be in the weight room or football field. For me, it's rewarding to be around another guy that's multidimensional and wants to continually grow.
Much Love brotha, keep growing.
Cheers,
Unscripted Thoughts with Tyler Torgesen
On this episode I'm joined by Tyler Torgesen, a fellow free independent thinker seeking out universal truths and applying them in real life. Tyler has his own holistic healing business called, "Eternal Wellness Solutions".
Here's a quick insight to what he's about, " At EWS, I believe that true wellness comes from treating the root cause, rather than just the symptoms. That's why I am committed to providing personalized solutions that address your unique needs. I'm excited to begin this journey with you. From my early years, I've been passionate about natural healing and always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with friends and peers. It wasn't until I attended a week-long seminar that I realized my true calling - to open my own wellness center and help people make positive changes that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. EWS is proud to offer a wide range of services that combine ancient healing techniques with modern science. I am dedicated to supporting you on your wellness journey, and can't wait to get started."
Within this episode we go into the depths of human being optimization by first giving context to what that means, and more importantly, why go down this way of thinking and being?
The entire conversation is centered around Intentionality, Curiosity, and Authenticity. With these three guiding principles, we're able to elevate the level of problems we're willing to attempt to solve by; Eliminating unneeded stress, asking "what ultimately are humans after?", implementing a system of operation through a tangible sense, and closing it home in asking oneself, "What am I about?"
Always a fun conversation when talking about how to level up as a human, and what a treat it was to sit down with Tyler, as both of our curiosities took front stage.
Cheers,

Unscripted Thoughts with Mark Dowdle
Mark Dowdle ladies and gentlemen. A pleasure to have this sit down and talk with Mark. Mark wears many different hats form ultra-runner for a bigger cause to ice plunger, Get Bizzy coffee worker, and a downright genuine person who is well versed for any gritty situation. We dive into many different ideas and concepts of how to go about life. One of the biggest concept takeaways from this conversation is this idea; Don't believe what you're told or another's perspective, What one experiences is their own, and to try and share with another merely gives a fuzzy snapshot of the idea/situation/etc. Use what you see and hear as tools, and ultimately be an independent thinker to weaponize yourself to be a better problem solver.
Cheers,

Non-Negotiable #3 Movement/Exercise
This conversation was incredibly rewarding. As this is part of the Non-Negotiable series, I have on Austin Jochum; As he and I dive into movement/exercise- Why it's considered important as humans, how we can go about it, and the philosophy behind why we do what we do. All love for Jochum and what he's about, a lot of respect towards this man and after listening to him speak you understand why.
"I'm willing to be the fool in order to be the genius".
Take care, Cheers

Unscripted Thoughts with Joy Himley
On this episode I'm joined by Joy Himley. Joy and I could be viewed as two very different people but as we've learned from each other, there are a multitude of similar beliefs and sense of curiosity. Joy is engaged with many different avenues of life and is crushing it in all phases. This episode taps into many different areas surrounding the main idea of bettering ourselves and taking initiative with our life. One of the biggest ideas I took from this conversation was being, "Unapologetic" for living at a certain level of high standards. It's powerful on it's own, but when paired with a community with this same level of understanding, it's limitless.
Learn, Un-Learn, Re-Learn.

Non-Negotiable #2 Sleep
Sarah Moe joins myself on the Pod as we rip into all things sleep; Why we sleep, what sleep does for us, the stages of sleep, tangible techniques to improve sleep quality. As humans and especially those who are elite performers will want to tune in to maximize their understanding of sleep.
Sleep is a non-negotiable. If we invest a third of our lives to sleep, we better take advantage of the other two-thirds of our lives, and sleep plays a huge role in making us feel our best. Keep learning, Cheers.

Non-Negotiable #1 Breathe
This Episode kicks off the Non-Negotiable series (Breathe, Sleep, Hydration/Nutrition, Movement/Exercise, Connections/Relationships) starting with Breathe. I'm Joined by Harrison Klein:
Harrison Klein is an innovator and through his Built To Breathe program, along side his business partner, Luis Leonardo (aka “The Sauna Papi), and owner of Embrace North, a sauna & cold therapy service in Minneapolis, is pioneering the development of protocols to optimize human health and performance.
Serving as his own lab rat, on a search for the most universal performance enhancement tool, he discovered the power of breathwork and intention on the breath while training. Understanding how stress and our relationship with stress shapes our human behavior is a key part of his work.
Harrison believes Breath Control is the most powerful tool for improving resilience, managing stress, and enhancing human performance for EVERY LIVING HUMAN. After just a few months of being in the field, he realized that even the highest performers manage stress poorly.
His craft harnesses and integrates respiratory (breathing) with mental focus, into modern day movement based training approaches to give rise to the unlocked power we all hold within us. The protocols, programs and techniques are used to accelerate and enhance mental and physical performance in professional athletes, top executives, musicians, health of people suffering from pathological issues and all the way to your every day human.
"Control your breath, control your life." -Harrison Klein

Getting The Feet Wet Again...
A snippet of what's to come. A series regarding the "Non-Negotiables" will be taking place here in the near future, but wanted to get the feet wet again of podcasting as it's been a while.
Joined by Noah Meffert, a now long time friend that pushes the envelope of life and is like minded regarding in questioning. Asking the question "why" can be daunting as it makes one believe and think critically about the "norms" society has today. To understand life and who we are, I'm under the assumption that we should ask the questions that we least know about, or the ones we mask and tell ourselves we know about. Join and listen in to two guys who think they know a little something about living and progressing to your highest level of being.
We could be onto something, we could be so terribly off, but at least we're attacking life's questions through our curiosity.
Reach out if you have another perspective to add, we're all one ecosystem.

There's an immense amount of things going on in the world, and sometimes it becomes foggy when you are trying to build and design your life. Questions like where do I go, what do I do, what does it look like all race to the mind. Having these foggy ideas come to cloud our judgment on what to do in life. This quick blurb lays out how simple life can be, and why so many avoid the simplicity. #BeCurious
