The Treacherous Journey To Justice

Social workers were recommending a neutral environment, Juan wolffe was acting in a partial/biased manner and it was as if he didn't hear anything the school counsellor stated, or what Dr naomi baptiste stated in her assessment or what I said!! He only listened to what his father and social workers were saying.. And gave Michael Jr no opportunity to be heard despite indicating that he may.. He never did!! Michael Jr voice was silenced as were my witnesses... And all this whilst leaving my minor daughter who was 12 years old when Michael Jr was removed from my care!! Section 24 of children's act says Court orders, relevant factors
24 In making, varying or discharging an order under this Part, the
court shall have regard in particular to—
(a) the ascertainable wishes and feelings of the child
concerned (considered in the light of his age and
understanding);
(b) his physical, emotional and educational needs;
(c) the likely effect on him of any change in circumstances;
(d) his age, sex, background and any characteristics of his
which the court considers relevant;
(e) any harm which he has suffered or is at risk of suffering;
(f) how capable each of his parents, and any other person
in relation to whom the court considers the question to
be relevant, is of meeting his needs;
(g) the importance of the child's development of a positive
relationship with the parent and a secure place as a
member of a family;
(h) the child's relationships with relatives;
(i) the importance of continuity in the child's care and the
possible effect on the child of the disruption of that
continuity;
(j) the bonding that exists between the child and the child's
parent;
(k) the range of powers available to the court under this Act
in the proceedings in question

This episode is about the judicial manipulations that takes place in court. It highlights how an innocent person could sadly find themselves fighting for their family, for justice, for a fair hearing, whilst facing corrupt judicial practices

This episode is about the concealing of evidence from the parties to a case that prevents them from being able to mount a proper defence. It is impossible to fight the unknown, which denies you of your fundamental right to have a fair hearing! A fair hearing is where evidence is exchanged with the parties...and ALL OF IT!! Even evidence that does not strengthen your position.. You must still share it with the opposing party. That is the law. Sadly this never happened which resulted in the loss of my 9 year old son to his father with whom my son had made serious allegations against. The judge did not present as impartial and subsequently denied me a fair hearing when he denied my witnesses to attend and when he denied my son a voice in Court, despite him wanting to to be heard. I have since filed to sue the state for damages to my family life and for denying me a fair hearing, which is sadly being met with much resistance by the Crown,the Attorney General Chambers - with a strike out application. This is nothing more than a crutch for them to silence the TRUTH FROM THE PUBLIC and to block me from reaching justice, redemption and healing for me and my family. INJUSTICE is a hard pill to swallow especially when you grew up believing in the law and the process of the courts.

I will share how my journey to justice began and how it took on a life of its own because i never anticipated the defendants would try to silence the truth by filing a Strike out application against my claim. The journey to justice has been one hell of a fight but it is one I am dedicated to.
