Nicole and Tiffany are pretty adamite about this topic: Getting toxin out of your home! In this episode, we talk frankly about how we have tried to get toxins out of our homes. We also talk about sustainability and farming sustainably, Tiffany goes in deep with what she does at The Land Institute to help change agriculture for the better. Also, we discuss how we got here and that it will take time to turn this ship around.
Tiffany wants it noted that she loves all farmers and believes that they are just trying to do the best they can with the tools they have currently.

Tackling Hard Topics Death and more
There are some topics that society, in general, does its best to avoid at all costs.
They're considered taboo or 'too upsetting' or "too triggering" to talk about. But if we can't discuss the inevitabilities of life and living, how are we meant to not fear them and more importantly, not fear how we feel about them.
In this episode we decided to tackle the topic of death, dying, and moving on from this life.
The conversation took a few turns and we did venture into grounds such as religion and religious beliefs as well as suicide and the impact of someone feeling that there is no other choice for them.

Shaping The New Normal?
Today we started this conversation talking openly about our feelings of anxiety around coming back to "normal" after covid. We are both surprised by our own reaction and resistance. Our conversation took a turn when we started talking about the route of getting beyond this time and how this topic has divided us into camps. This dividing into camps pisses us off! It makes us want to scream and cry for the world. We leave off with a challenge for all of our listeners to help us make a positive change in our current world.

Our experinces with Depression and Anxiety
Depression and anxiety affect a large part of our society but we are only talking about it on the surface level. We talk about it as a chemical imbalance in the brain, but is that even the case? In today's episode we go there and we each talk of our own experience with depression or anxiety. We are pretty real and we do not leave it on the surface we get down to the root cause of the problem for each of us and find out it was very similar experiences at the same age!
