Ep. 11 - CONtent
In an attempt to add more content to my podcast after an even longer break, I speak about the experiences with the cons, and frauds that I've experienced in new places. I narrate couple of such intimidating experiences that I've had during my travels. Give it a listen either to know about them, or to use some of the tips for your precautions when you'd travel.

Ep. 10 - Cats
One of the intriguing aspects of traveling around in the Mediterranean region has been the presence of cats all over. This abundance is quite a Kulcha Shock for me as I wasn't used to them earlier. So here I am with another episode and more stories and anecdotes from my experiences.

Ep. 09 - Across the borders
The concept of borders and physically crossing them is quite fascinating for me always. The mostly hassle free crossing of borders that you can experience in Europe has resulted in some memorable experiences for me. These new experiences are a fun new Kulcha Shock that you experience when you come from a huge country where the physical border crossing experience across countries is a novelty.

Ep. 08 - Meet the neighbors
With India having a long and conflict ridden history with its neighbor Pakistan, it has been fascinating experience to meet people who come from Pakistan. In this episode, I share some of the anecdotes from few such meets. The special bond that we share because of the history makes it a special occasion for me when I meet someone from the other country.
Give a listen to these fun stories, and there's a hidden task for the listeners by the end of the episode.

Ep. 07 - How does the chicken cross the road?
A shorter episode this time to fight my procrastination blues, where I share some of my kulcha shocking experiences of one of the simple tasks of crossing the roads, and how it's been a shift of mindset when you move from a country like India. I talk about how I find it interesting to see the reactions from my friends when I explain how the unwritten rules of road crossing work back home, and I'm now hoping to make an Indian Road Crossing challenge map.
Listen to know more about it, on this episode, and there will be lot more stories here, soon.

Ep 06 - An evening of cricket talks
Coming from a land which is crazy about the sport of Cricket, I have my experiences as a cricket fan that I share in this episode. From a fun, what I imagine to be, Kulcha Shock, for a tourist in India, to another cool story where I met an English cricket fan in Croatia, there are these short stories that I relate to this game.
As always, if you're finding these anecdotes fun to listen to, do say hello on my Instagram @ishanmanjrekar.
Stay tuned for more episodes about other fun Kulcha shocks!
Ep. 05 - Do I speak Indian?
In this episode, I am talking about some of the common misconceptions about language that I've realized over time. It's not just the ignorance and lack of awareness that I have experienced from others, but also something that I've had myself as well. Along with a fun short story about a multilingual person in Japan, this episode skims over some of my linguistic experiences.
If you're finding these anecdotes fun to listen to, do say hello on my Instagram @ishanmanjrekar.
Stay tuned for more episodes about other fun Kulcha shocks!
Ep. 04 - A little chilly
In the follow up on the weather story from the previous episode, I talk about my first winter experience, and how I came to respecting sunlight a bit more by the end of it. An intriguing first impression that I had on a colleague for which I still get trolled for while being introduced at times. Also, starting off with an epiphany that I had before recording this episode.
If you find these anecdotes interesting, feel free to say hello to me on Instagram @ishanmanjrekar
And stay tuned for more new episodes to listen to more of my Kulcha Shock-ing stories.
Ep. 03 - Weather realizations
Back again for the 3rd episode, I talk about my experience with adjusting to the new weather conditions in a new region. An interesting experience I had when I traveled around for the first time, and had a new learning for the next travels.
Check out other episodes for more such short stories, where I share more experiences of culture shocks. Stay tuned to more episodes.
