Today I have some great new ideas, but it may be too much at once.  The new idea is a daily letter to my customer, whereby I address one of their problems and a solution.  This is the good news, however, what I learned is that it is better to record videos and podcasts separately - unless I have the right equipment - otherwise I won't have to get better quality sound.  It is also worth the extra step in order to be in the right frame of mind and context: video blog v. podcast.
