For our fifth episode, Tabby investigates how Covid-19 has affected sports teams and the people within them. During the lockdown, people have turned to fitness as a way of coping and have invested a lot of time for it. In this episode, Tabby interviews a member of the swimming society at De Montfort University and finds out how well everyone is managing working out at home. The captain of the rugby society, Matt, is also introduced in this episode and how he's coping without being able to train and do his sport.

In this episode, Marlon interviews a range of guests from the public and how they've managed to stay uplifted during lockdown. We hope to help spread more positivity, which there seems to be a lack of lately.

In our second episode, Keimae explores how Covid-19 has impacted families throughout the nation as primary and secondary schools close. We hear Woody's, an 8-year old boy, experience of online learning and how much has changed for him. Afterwards, Keimae interviews Karen who is raising her 14-year-old son, so we can hear a parent's perspective of children learning from home. To finish off the episode, we get to hear the opinion of Eliza-Mae, who had her GCSE's cancelled; which caused stress and pressure for getting into college.

By including a range of age groups in this episode, it proves to be a great comparison for how different people's realities are in this lockdown.

The Covid Files first episode is dedicated solely towards mental health and the impact COVID-19 has had on it. Millie discusses this rising issue with two interviews, with each guest adding a different perspective to the matter. We speak to Amy, a life-long friend of Millie's, whose mental health has struggled during her two-week isolation from the world. Then, later into the episode, we hear Damien's journey of having his GCSE's cancelled and how too much free time impacted his mental well-being. 

Although this episode touches on sensitive topics, there are tips and tricks included on how to protect your mental wellbeing this lockdown!
