Co-hosts Gala Flagello (composer, educator, and nonprofit director) and Danielle Gonzalez (multimedia percussionist and yoga teacher) create an uplifting and engaging sonic space, discussing ways to improve their craft through self-care. Tune in for nature sounds, voiceovers, and soundscapes that’ll take you from stress to serenity.
