Need a tool for a home, landscaping, or automotive project? Then Millvale Tool Library is the place for you! Part of the Millvale Community Library, the Millvale Tool Library has over a thousand tools to lend out to the community for FREE with any library card in Allegheny county. They have the basics like power saws, drills, sanders, and ladders -  but they also have specialty tools such as a tile saw, floor sander, shop vac, and rototiller. They are a nonprofit run by volunteers and they are looking for people to GET INVOLVED, as well as to teach DIY and home repair workshops! They’re located at 213 Grant Ave in Millvale, PA. Their hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm. There is a full list of their tool offerings on their website millvalelibrary.org/millvaletoollendinglibrary. Mark your calendars! They have a workshop on building bat shelters coming up on April 2nd from 12-3pm in collaboration with the Gardens of Etna. Keep an eye on their Facebook for more information.
