Roadside Encounters with Humanity - Lockdown !

Noticed this old woman sitting alone in the coridor of the closed bank in the noon time, with no people and vehicles around...  I stopped the scooter and asked her if she needs any help... And then the story begins...

Series of events unfold during this distribution drive... However the one that touched me most was the encounter with a security guard of an ATM..

An event that made me experince the feelings of helplessness, gratitude & kindness - all at once !   You may listen to this story to know about it...

After noticing and helping them with some ration, it was evident that they soon will have to be attended again after 2 weeks, esp after seeing the number of and ages of their children.... So this episode talks about this visit - planning, action and some conversations with them...

Another incident which will be etched on my memory... A physically challenged man travelling, with his wife & child in his tri-cycle, for more than 30 km, just for 10-kg Wheat !!   I again feel blessed to notice such a person...  Audio-clip tells the whole story...

I had no clue that I will soon get an opportunity to serve another group of sex-workers around....  Further, the way the incidents / challenges unfolded in this close encounter with them - within a matter of few minutes, will always remain afresh in my memory.... It was almost an adventure, for me.... But a delightful one... You may listen to the audio clip to know this story.... 

While giving some snacks to mostly shelter-less & other beggars on the road, I came across this mother-daughter duo. Some conversation with them over couple of encounters led me to their group who was severely hit by lock-down. The audio tells you about their background, challenges and appeal.

She was first delightfully surprised by the quantity of offering, but soon was worried by the thoughts of how she will carry that to her home... Listen to the audio clip to know the conversations we had....

While serving some people on the way, I came across people with these visual abilities... What I thought was giving them some food relief would address some of their worries... However, I was wrong... Listen to this audio to know their problems and concerns...
