Get in Shape prior to BCT

Get in Shape prior to BCT

Don\u2019t make the mistake of getting into shape at BCT versus getting in Shape Prior to BCT. Get to a Basic Level of Physical Fitness prior to leaving with most emphasis on running. Still do body weight exercises but you\u2019ll do way more than that in training than you will work on running. Listen to my Basic tips to get started in the right direction and feel free to contact me for more information! Stay blessed and thank you for Subscribing to my Podcast!
