The Mindful Mediums Podcast

In this episode I share some of the insights I have gained from my time working as a professional medium and navigating my own personal losses along the way.

In this First Podcast episode back, we discuss ways to navigate spirituality and spiritual concepts from a grounded lens and perspective, ways to keep ourselves in check when it comes to integrating spiritual concepts and ideas etc, and I shared little of my backstory, and how I do my best to stay grounded when navigating spiritual spaces!

In This episode we dive deep into looking at the ways that some in the psychic world have perpetuated the stigma around psychics and Mediums. My Guest Candidly shares her story with us about how as a young college student she was scammed, and taken advantage of how her expirience shaped her life and journey and strengthened her connection to her intuitive heart.

Mary Grace Fellows, a Writer, Filmmaker/storyteller, and former spiritual worker/healer, and I sat down for a candid chat about all things, social media, cults, and spirit guides. In light of what has happened with the LHW 5D ascension cult, I felt it timely to put this episode up. Mary speaks candidly about her experience in the 5D Ascension community, the slippery slope into Cue, and her evolution as a human throughout it all. This beautiful girl here and I met Through the shared experience of speaking out against harmful behavior and rhetoric we saw spreading through new age spiritual circles on a particular social media platform.

I met hope When I was really going through it, I had spoken out on a platform I was new too, and the algorithm kicked my video I front of 25k viewers is less than 4 hours and before I knew it I had a HUGE amount of engagement, mostly positive but of course much of it pushing back against what I was saying. I found myself in some DEEP difficult and draining conversations.

I was OVERWHELMED, feeling alone, And then I found @hopemedium. I saw her views aligned with mine, and she too was also calling forward the BS. Instant bond. You could say I trauma bonded to her, but either way I don’t mind because I have found an incredible friend. We connected and Come to find out, we are literally neighbors, and I am so glad our paths finally crossed.

We shared our stories, and lifted each other up, because let’s be honest speaking out against the status quo is not easy.

In this podcast we talk honestly and candidly about our personal experiences within the New age, how we have grown over the course of the last several years, and how we as a community need to do better and where we have been falling short. From Cults, to toxic positivity, and spiritual narcissism, YT supr3m3cy, and the need for grounded and rooted spirituality, we explore it all in this deep conversation.

This conversation is a lot to chew on, but hopefully it sparks some resonance.

In this episode Jacque and I were physically together I was able to give Jacque a mini Intuitive Energy reading and we discuss and reflect on her incredible event she facilitated where I was lucky to be a guest medium. Were were both pretty exhausted from the weekend but knew we had to sit down to record since we were together!

This will be a fun small series of unfiltered podcasts episodes where we share the ins and outs of developing our mediumship including discussing how we understand mediumship to work, sharing candidly what is has been like working towards embracing and understanding our gifts while trying to Erase the stigma around this work, and sharing our gifts one reading at a time. .
We hope to share openly and honestly what this mediumship development rollercoaster we have been on has been like, including stories of past expierences, our own healing, how we came into our gifts, our unique styles of spirit communication, ethics and integrity, and how we all are uniquely connected to and supported by the other side and how you can work towards unlocking your gifts!
