This episode is all about the breaking news that the Timberwolves have fired their Coach Tom Thibs after a recent victory over the LA Lakers.  I break down why I was surprised this occurred at this point in the season,  Why I didn't think it was a good fit from the start, some of the things Thibs did well as Coach/GM, many of the things he did wrong as Coach/GM and how the Timberwolves can turn around their franchise.
