Intro to Our Property Development Journey
Welcome to our property development journey, where we are going to share all of the ins and outs of subdividing and developing property. So, whether you are buying your first house, building your first house or, like us, taking on your first development, this is the show for you. For today, I just want to give you a glimpse of what you can expect in the podcast…. We are going to meet with all of the experts along the way and cover all of the must have knowledge to help you get started on your project.
When it comes to numbers, I am bringing my own personal accountant on board, and it is not because of their hourly rate! They hold high qualifications not only as a chartered accountant and tax advisor but also as a Financial Planner and a graduate property investment professional of Australia. Oh, and did I mention he is also a lawyer and solicitor admitted to the supreme court of South Australia, whilst also sitting on the board of several companies in Australia and Singapore. He has read more books, than I’ve had hot dinners
We are going to talk with an Adelaide Crows AFL dual premiership superstar, turned Western suburbs real estate guru, who not only deals in Henley Beach property but lives here too.
