IELTS Speaking Saturday - Episode 8 [Studying and Changes]
Here's a new set of questions asked worldwide in the second week of June 2021. --- PART 1   1 What's your favorite subject?  2 Is there something that helps you to study efficiently?  3 What is more important for you, lecturers or friends?  4 Is there anything you want to change in your university?  5 Do you plan to get a job in the same field as your subject?   PART 2   Describe a change that could improve your local area. You should say:  • What the change would be  • How this change could be made  • What problems are causing the need for this change  And explain how this change would improve your local area.   PART 3  1 Why do old people not like changes?  2 Is it important to be flexible?  3 Do you think it’s important for people to socialize with their neighbours?  4 How do people socialize with their neighbors? --- Every Saturday, my goal is to record ideal, band-9-level responses to a brand new, full IELTS speaking test so that you can have a good idea of what to say in response to these questions. Here's a new set of questions asked worldwide in the first week of June 2021. --- PART 1  1. How well could you concentrate when you were a child? 2. How often do you have to concentrate these days? 3. What are your difficulties while concentrating?  4. What do you do to prevent it? 5. When do you feel the need for concentration the most? PART 2 Describe a short trip you often take that you do not like. You should say: • Where you go • When you go there • Why you go there And explain why you do not like this trip. PART 3 1. Do people from your country like to travel abroad? Why? 2. How do people travel long distances for work in your country? 3. Can you explain why some people go abroad to work? 4. What other reasons do people have to travel abroad? 5. When do they travel? 6. IELTS Speaking Saturday - Episode 3 [Furniture and Children's Behaviour]
Here is a new set of questions - I believe these were asked on October 19. ---  Part 1   Describe the furniture in your home.  Which piece of furniture is your favourite?  Is there any furniture that you dislike?  Did anyone ever give you furniture as a gift? Why/why not?  What kind of furniture would you like to buy?  Would you ever buy used furniture?   Part 2  Talk about a time when you saw a child misbehaving in public. Here is a new set of questions - I believe these were asked on October 9.  ---  Part 1: Do you remember playing any sports in your childhood? Do you agree that there is too much sports being shown on television? What sports do people in your country follow or support the most? Did you ever support a sports team? Do you prefer watching sports on television or going out to see it live?   Part 2: Describe a time when you formed a group. IELTS Speaking Saturday - Episode 1 [Letters and Phones]
Welcome to the first episode of Speaking Saturday! Every Saturday, my goal is to record a brand new, full IELTS speaking test so that you can have a good idea of what an ideal response would be like. Regardless of whether you're aiming for a 6.5 or a 9, these videos will be helpful for you.   Here are the questions:   Part 1: Do you write many letters? Do you prefer to write letters by hand or to use a computer? What do you usually write about? Who do you usually write to?  Part 2: Describe an occasion when you could not use your mobile phone.
