Episode 72 of the 90 + Podcast, Ben Righetti and me Joshua Griffith your favorite Whitecaps Podcasting duo, Unfortunately, we are both not back as Ben is just getting over Covid and has his school finals this week so he is a busy, busy guy. One of the reasons we missed last week so apologies for that Caps fans. But we are back this week to recap the Whitecaps' 3-2 loss at the hands of Cascadia Cup Rivals the Portland Timbers. Ben will be back later in the week as we preview the upcoming match with CF Montreal so stay tuned for that, but today I have on someone who is very well qualified to help me recap the Whitecap's first home loss of the year, the one and only JJ Adams from the Province and Post Media.

Ben is back, and so is the 90Plus Podcast, however is joined by his new co-host Joshua Griffith. Ben and Josh then dive into the Whitecaps 2022 training camp and what's different this year compared to previous years. They also look at camp invitees, storylines, and players to watch for early in the season.
Episode 57 - MDS fired from Caps after embarrassing loss
Ben is back in an emergency podcast episode of 90Plus. Just 24 hours after Vancouver lost 4-3 to Pacific FC of the CPL, the club parted ways with Marc and Phil Dos Santos. Ben is joined by Jeff Reuter of The Athletic (10:33), and Colin Miller of AM730 Traffic (35:24) to react to and break down the decision.

Then at 33:06, Ben is joined by Michael Singh of Waking The Red to preview Vancouver's next fixture against Toronto FC.

The guys are back after a short break, but are back with a banger of an episode. First, they run through all of the new changes to the podcast, including their network/sponsorship deal, their new 90Plus Instagram account, new logo, promo video and more. Then at 13:17, former Whitecaps, Rangers, Wolves, and Scotland striker Kenny Miller joins the show for an interview looking at his time with the Whitecaps, his career in Europe, and the early years of his coaching career in Australia.
