I find it to be incredibly helpful just to get outside, and even when I'm in the middle of a million phone calls in the middle of the day it's nice just to get outside and move. It has been an absolutely incredible week, and so far, an incredible year.

One of the things that I went into the end of 2020 thinking about and working on is the importance of having a vision of what you're working towards.
