Goodbye For Now
Welcome to the last episode of The Breakthrough Pod (for now).
Thank you so much if you have listened to any of these episodes with some amazing guests from all around the world.
Throughout the podcast I interviewed people doing extraordinary things and it has been a pleasure to speak to some inspirational human beings.
We heard strategies to overcome failure, personal stories of overcoming challenges and life lessons from awesome people.
I am taking the podcast into a different direction in 2021. So, this is goodbye for now, but excitement for what the future holds for The Breakthrough Pod.
I am grateful to you and appreciate anyone who has listened to the show.

#30 Michael Arterberry - Shake Off The Dirt To Find Your Purpose
Michael Arterberry is a Master Encourager, and Dynamic Motivational Speaker.
As a teenager, Michael was fortunate to receive guidance from positive adult role models who helped him overcome adversities and set high expectations for his future. Grateful for the role these mentors played in his own development, Michael decided to dedicate his professional life to helping people navigate the difficulties of life and launch their future into motion. For more than 25 years, he has been helping teens and adults to use what they have gone through as a catalyst for success rather than an obstacle for failure.
Michael received the 2010 USA Network’s Characters Unite Award for exceptional commitment to combating prejudice and discrimination while increasing tolerance and acceptance within the community. He is also the recipient of the 2014 100 Men of Color Award for leadership in education, government, mentorship, entrepreneurial success and community service.
In 2008, Michael founded Youth Voices Center, Inc. a non-profit with the mission of helping young people to become active, productive members of society by overcoming their obstacles, their history, stereotypes and even their own self-image and limiting beliefs.

After what started as a personal therapy to overcome depression anxiety, Peter started skipping to music and became @skipbeatz_UK, an organisation to motivate and inspire children and young people to exercise to music, demonstrating the qualities to become a champion!
This also led to the creation of a behavioural support programme called @ExBehaviour. The programme launches children into a journey of self discovery and awareness about their own choices, behaviours and attitudes through a diverse multi-sport programmme. This enables Pete to place his much needed own stamp on the education system!

When Jordan was at his lowest, he really needed someone that he could relate to, someone to tell him that they understood how he was feeling. After quickly realising just how few men there were being open about their mental health, Jordan wanted to help change that, by opening up himself.
