Boys are back after a week off and we welcome Baltimore Orioles and ESPN Broadcaster Kevin Brown to the show to talk about his career, the O's, and even to join us in the Players as Food segment for the week. We also take on the NL East and preview the division along with our predictions, and Will and Beau each have different teams coming out on top in the NL BEAST. Tune in for another fun episode full of baseball talk!

The boys bring on the Mayor of Scoop City White Sox Dave to talk White Sox, his trip to the DR, and his career. Dave gets in depth about his thoughts on the Sox along with his wild career path and what it takes to make it in the modern media. We also do another Players as Food segment, this time randomized and on the spot. We highlight and evaluate and newly released MLB Pipeline Top 100 Prospect list and the MLB Top 10 Shortstops list with some reranks and also how annoying it is to see great organizations also replenishing their system on a yearly basis.

The boys are back at school and we bring on White Sox fan and analyst Bennett Karroll to talk about his White Sox billboard project that will result in 2 billboards reading "Sell the Team, Jerry". We also talk about the Sox with Bennett and how frustrating it has been to support this franchise in recent memory. We continue on with our division previews, heading east to talk AL East, and finish off with another edition of Start, Bench, Cut, Retire, this time looking at four potential bounce-back candidates. We also talk Hall of Fame, Mike Clevinger, Arte Moreno and more. Join us for a full episode of current baseball conversation.

The boys get to a ton of college baseball talk in this one, as they highlight the new rule associated with an extra paid assistant position along with picking their top 5 teams heading into the 2023 season. We also talk about Lucas Giolito's new mechanics, Aroldis Chapman's deal with Kansas City, the top 10 first baseman list, and another fantastic Players as Food segment. Episode 6- Josh Nelson, AL Central Preview, "Did They Win This Award", MUP
The boys have a jampacked show full of baseball coverage and content. We start with covering the Rafael Devers signing and some depth moves made by Milwaukee and the impact of those moves. In the first of our division previews, we look at the AL Central (with maybe just a little bit of bias) and identify the contenders, pretenders, and some division storylines heading into 2023. We reintroduce the MUP segment (Most Underrated Player) with a twist, as Will and Beau give a MUP for players signed this offseason. Josh Nelson joins the show to talk everything White Sox, from the second base situation to minor league pitching depth, and we also talk about his career path and advice he has for people looking to enter the media side of the sport. We end the episode with a new segment called "Did They Win This Award", where Will and Beau pick and ask each other if a specific player won the specific award. We looked at 4 awards: Cy Young, MVP, Rookie of the Year, and World Series MVP. Join us for an episode full of energetic baseball coverage.

Episode 5- Dr Ismael Gallo, What are they Doing Now & Addressing what happened on Monday Night Football
Happy New Year everyone! The boys are starting off the week with a little passion and emotion, as both Beau and Will address what they saw on Monday Night in regards to the Damar Hamlin situation and what it means moving forward. Dr Ismael Gallo comes on the show to discuss his company, Baseball Flows, and how it is helping young athletes move better and therefore use their bodies more efficiently. He also talks about his story, which is one of the most heartwarming and remarkable stories you may ever hear. From a High School dropout to a Doctorate in Physical Therapy to Owning his own company, Dr Gallo has perspective unlike many others. We end the show with a segment "What are they Doing Now", where each of Will and Beau pick a former MLB player who is up to something else now. An emotional and deeper show, one that was very real and enlightening. Check it out!
Episode 4- HOF Talk, If Players were Food, Worst Contracts and More
Just Beau and Will on this beautiful Friday, as they talk about the HOF Ballot update and where Andruw Jones, Billy Wagner, Todd Helton and Scott Rolen stand in terms of their candidacy. Beau also gets animated in his distaste of the process for voting for the HOF and its inconsistencies. The guys do another Worst Contract and Start, Bench, Cut, Retire (SBCR) segment on today's episode, and they also add on a quirky new segment sure to make you laugh... Players as Foods. A Will special, the guys try and take some MLB players and say which food they would be. Another fun episode and great listen as we head into 2023. Happy New Year everybody!
Episode 3- Would You Rather, MLB New Year's Resolutions, Trivia Time and Interview with Alex Feuz
The boys are back and bring on broadcaster Alex Feuz along with multiple new segments in a jam-packed show. Will and Beau start with some fun, non-baseball talk, as Will has some serious concerns about Wisconsinites, and then get into a ton of MLB talk covering nearly every base from the current situation with Carlos Correa to some New Year's resolutions for MLB teams, players, and personnel. The guys talk with Alex about his career so far, the connections he has been able to make within the sport, and he even gives advice for kids/parents/young adults who are looking to get into the game. Hosts Beau Wills and Will Sommers introduce the reboot of Chalk Line Talk 2.0! The Show kicks off with a bang through some White Sox Talk, an Interview with HOF candidate Andruw Jones and Analyst Ryan Spaeder, and some fun with a Start, Bench, Cut and Retire segment. We talk with Jones about his career, memories in baseball, and about his Hall of Fame candidacy alongside friend and supporter in Spaeder. An exciting return after a week off, and we are revived with two great guests! Scott Merkin, a staple of White Sox media for the better part of two decades, joins us to talk about the Sox and the nice run they are on right now. We also discuss a potential trade deadline strategy for the club, Ricky Renteria, and when is the right time to transition from rebuild to contention. We are joined by Kevin Brown as well, and we talk about one of the more surprising teams in baseball.. the Baltimore Orioles. Their young core that is stepping up, their bullpen that has been outrageously good, and the excitement they play with night in and night out is all brought up with Kevin, who has a front row seat by broadcasting for MASN. We institute a new game with our guests called Savant and Survive, where we pull 5 random factoids off of Baseball Savant and quiz our guests on who leads the categories. Another segment of What The Hell Happened to This Guy, as a White Sox standout get brought into discussion about what happened to his career.

Draft Review and the Incapability of Rob Manfred
We discuss the results of the draft and who came out of the week feeling great, and who came out wishing they had done something different. We also discuss Rob Manfred and the labor negotiations in a pretty heated segment full of passion and anger. We also welcome guest Patrick Nelson, Founder and Editor-In-Chief of The Dugout, to talk the White Sox and Brewers drafts along with our resident Cubs fan Casey Sauter about the Cubs draft. We give our thoughts about the home run chase of '98 and the steroid use that still lingers in today's game, and we discuss our choices for this week's "What The Hell Happened to This Guy".
