I think it’s important to realize no matter who we date or marry the relationship will never be perfect and that’s ok, you have to find the person who makes you happy and is worth fighting for don’t let the internet fool you into thinking all relationships are perfect and have no imperfections it’s all what you make it and honestly I don’t want a perfect man just someone who is the right fit for me and I found that. I wanted to shed light on this for many reasons, I wanted to tell stories I’ve gone through and stories other have gone through. I feel like it’s important to talk about the things that makes us un comfortable but also being able to help other women out there even men going through similar issues, you are never alone and please if anyone out there is suffering from an eating disorder seek help and began healing it’s never easy but work it. My biggest thing is women to women love not in a sense as lovers but in general I like to see women up lift each other and stand up for one another especially in the crazy world we are now living in, Ive notice a lot of negative apples in the bunch as of lately, I’m talking to you women to women why are we so negative towards other women? Does it make us feel better? Do we get a reward? Are you the negative girl in the group? Or do you know someone who is always negative? Shake that negativity off life is too short love on your fellow neighbor and most importantly keep in mind most people do not want misery for company. Hopefully this helps someone and remember we are all learning and growing even me!

In this episode I get very candid and tell you guys the full truth, I’m now working with a new therapist and she’s amazing and has given me great tools to heal myself. I have no regrets at all, my love story was far from perfect but I’m standing in my truth. I wish him the best now it’s time for my healing. This was not made to bash anyone and as always this is a no judgment zone positive love only.
This will be one of the hardest things I will ever do in my life but it has to happen, I have to be ok with sitting in my emotions and being alone. Please don’t ever feel like you have to have someone to be ok. It’s tough but I will learn to love me one day at a time. Keep loving you and keep evolving.

In this episode I talk about finding the “one” and when you know it’s right and how to be happy in love, it’s never easy but worth it. Love can be beautiful but we must first allow ourselves to be happy and let go of any past trauma. Trust me it’s attainable with the right mindset.
In this episode we talk more in depth about not always being ready for the things we think were ready for, it’s ok not to always know what you want sometimes or to second guess we’re all human. The biggest thing is to make sure your ok first before you try to put another person in your life this was a lesson I learned and I’m still learning. Work on you and then worry about the rest.
In this episode we talk about insecurities in relationships and trying to find trust, yes it’s hard sometimes because we are so use to getting hurt we feel that’s going to happen in every relationship, always Remember not to carry old baggage into a new relationship. Some days are better than others, today was a tough day however don’t let that discourage you we are all dealing with things that we wish were different. Mental illness can be so hard some days but we have to keep pushing and motivating each other. Hope this episode helps someone out there. At some point you get use to the hurt and pain it’s all I know at this point in my life, i hate crying on these episodes but I also want to give 100% of who I am ask while being truthful, I’m learning people come and go and it’s not my fault but it does hurt, the little girl in me wants everything to be happy but the women in me knows its not possible to always be happy anyway enjoy your night guys!

This had been a really hard time for me, so I have chosen to step back from the podcast for a while until I get some help, I miss recording a lot and still will keep you guys updated here and there but my health has to come first, I’m finally being honest about it all, thanks for listening and we can get through this our mental illness will not take us all down, stay safe and take care of yourselves, it gets better :)
It’s been a rough two days but last night I finally started to feel better and I haven’t cried once today, I prayed and watched Joel Osteen on YouTube and it helped me so much, I’m learning that when dealing with things I need to go to god and depend less on others, I define my happiness not the world, the rest of my healing process will be spent loving on myself, reading my bible and building a better relationship with god, trust me it helps a lot, put your faith in him and things will start to look up. Also PSA my therapist is the bomb everything she suggested I do has been spot on and yes she also suggested to me that getting more involved in my church and religion would be helpful in my healing.
It’s been a while since I’ve really felt like this, the last two days counting today has been pure hell. I’m struggling but I’m trying to keep going and be ok, I know this soon will past, I gotta hang in there and be strong. So please bare with me during this time. Also if your like me and struggling surround yourself with love ones and try to smile through it all.
So today has not been easy for me it’s been a rough Sunday so far my depression is kicking in and my emotions are all over the place, this episode was emotional to say the least, I got some tears out and let you guys in on what’s going through my mind, hope everyone enjoys this beautiful Sunday, keep pushing through, we can do it!
