The popular twitter account, Nate Oats Burner, joins the show to help Josh go around the Southeastern Conference and break down all 14 teams. NOB is a widely known and respected figure amongst SEC college basketball lovers on twitter. The duo talk about what to expect from each team, the ceiling/floor for all of them, and they explain why they both believe the SEC will get 8-9 teams into the NCAA Tournament!

Michael DeRosa from Road to the Garden stops by to breakdown each team in the Big East conference. Most of the rosters have already become finalized so DeRosa and Josh give you an early look at each team and what the expectations for the upcoming season will be for them.

We had the privilege of being joined by one of the fastest-rising players in the class of 2025, 4* Guard, Jackson Keith. Jackson is ranked 46th according to rivals.com and plays for Southern Durham in Durham, North Carolina. We talk to Jackson about his recent experience at the famous Pangos All-American camp where he put up some big-time performances. He describes why that camp is a massive honor to be selected to play in, which players impressed him there, and how the camp experience went. Jackson explained to us his early recruiting process as he holds 18 offers at the moment and how he is handling the new exposure that comes from being a top 50 recruit in his class. The poise, charisma, and media savvy shown by such a young man in this interview is incredibly impressive.

The 2nd half of the show is the guys talking about the post-NBA draft deadline decisions and how that's impacted team's rosters for the upcoming season. 4* Guard in the class of 2023 and incoming freshman for the Georgia Bulldogs, Silas Demary Jr, stops back by for a chat after debuting on the show last summer. Silas was enjoying his last bit of downtime before heading off to Athens in a few weeks to begin team workouts and explained how he was preparing for the move. Silas talked about why he feels Georgia and Coach Mike White are the best fit for him, his expectations as a Freshman, tells us what SEC venues he is looking forward to playing in, his goals for the season, and why he can't wait to check out some Georgia Football games.

Silas does also answer the question of why he de-committed from USC to attend Georgia. It is a very mature, yet very raw and honest answer to that question.

It's the mid-week episode, and we are joined by Trevor Everette of The Two Pointers Podcast to discuss the action going on in conference tournaments across America. Bids to the Big Dance continue to get punched and the Power 6 conferences have begun play.

Marquette wins a thriller in overtime against St.John's.  Uconn sends Providence home with a loss and will have the Friars sweating out Selection Sunday. Wake Forest hits a dagger to eliminate Syracuse in the opening round of the ACCT then loses to Miami in the next round. Duke obliterates Pitt to keep their hot streak going and make Pitt sweat it out Sunday as well. Rutgers knocks Michigan off the bubble with a win in the Big Ten tournament. Ohio State has won 2 games in a row at the B1G Tournament in upsets over Wisconsin and Iowa. Kansas beats West Virginia in the Big 12 Tournament, Iowa State gets its 2nd win in 7 days over Baylor, and we discuss the likelihood of who can win a game in the NCAAT from the teams who have already punched a ticket to the dance, not named Gonzaga.

Plus, we talk the Mark Adams's resignation, and Jim Boeheim's retirement (finally), and preview the rest of Conference Tournament action as we move closer to Selection Sunday just 3 days away!

The madness has already begun! We have the first batch of teams securing their places in the "Big Dance" this last weekend as SEMO, Farleigh Dickinson, Drake,  and Kennesaw St have won the AQs for their conferences. Josh and Peyton were live in the Ford Center Saturday night covering the OVC Championship and detailing the absolutely insane game they watched between Southeastern Missouri State and Tennessee Tech for the right to represent the Ohio Valley in the NCAAT.

In other games nationwide that weren't for auto bids, Kentucky goes into Arkansas and beats the Razorbacks without a point guard. The 'Cats continue to improve at the right time of the year. Duke completes the sweep of UNC and we break down the game, Duke's surge, and why UNC is in deep deep shit. Texas beats Big 12 champs Kansas at home. Houston wins in Memphis on a buzzer-beating 3 by Jamal Shead.

The P6 conference tournaments open up this week as we take a deep dive look into all 6 of them. The teams in each conference who stand the most to gain from a big tournament run, the teams who NEED a run, and ultimately our predictions on the winners of each conference tournament are here. Plus, we give our end of season awards for each P6 conference, as well as some more drama involving a coach.

Matt breaks down Marquette's season to date, what makes the Golden Eagles, the Big East regular season champs, dangerous in the NCAAT, and what winning the school's first outright Big East title means for the program. Matt talks about what has made the Big East so exciting this year, the outlook of tournament teams from the conference like Providence, Xavier, UConn, and Creighton, and previews next week's Big East Tournament as he will be in MSG covering the event.

Iowa embarrassed Indiana in Assembly Hall, Kansas clinched its 17th Big 12 title under Bill Self outright after beating Texas Tech and a Texas loss, Vanderbilt spoils Kentucky's Senior Night, Alabama rallies at home to complete the season sweep of rival Auburn, Tennessee beats Arkansas but loses Zakai Zeigler in the process to a torn ACL, and all the other action from the mid-week slate are covered in detail.

Lastly, we look ahead to the final weekend of the regular season. The ACC title will be decided between Pittsburgh and Miami as both teams play in the finale Saturday. Kansas will travel to play a Texas team needing a win to secure the #2 seed in the Big 12 Tournament next week. SEC regular season champs, Alabama, are on the road against #2 in the SEC, Texas A&M, with the Aggies looking for NCAAT locking victory. Kentucky/Arkansas, Duke/UNC, and Michigan/Indiana are all broken down as well with tournament implications on the line for each.

It turned out to be one of the craziest days of the season to date and Episode 141 covers it all!
