In this our 4th episode, Gemma meets Stewart Boyle, a youth worker based in Birmingham for Gear Up. Gear Up is a branch of Worth Unlimited, a social enterprise that harnesses the passions of young people & equips and develops their entrepreneurial skills based in a bike shop.
Our co hosts Gemma and Georgia share the challenges COVID-19 has generated and they reflect on some of the possibilities of increasing entrepreneurial skills alongside young people who have ideas, dreams and visions. 2. Discovering a Spark

In this our 2nd episode, Gemma meets Adele Rogers, branch manager of Spark in Loughton. Spark provides a range of counselling and mentoring services for children and young people in the Epping Forest and surrounding areas. They deliver these services in primary and secondary schools and within their community context.
Our host Gemma reflects on some of her key teenage relationships with mentors and allies as Georgia takes a week off ill.

1. Worth Their Weight In Gold
In this launch episode Gemma, Movement Advocate for FYT and Georgia, a 17-year-old student from London co-host as Gemma interviews Debbie Garden, Director of Development and Comms for Worth Unlimited and Georgia shares some reflections including a youth fail that she used for the good of her friends.
