HOW TO EMPOWER YOUR PERSPECTIVE THROUGH YOUR LANGUAGE #mindsetdevelopmenttips 

"Your Perspective could be blocking YOU, whilst a Change in Language could be unlocking YOU."  

 If you do not yet think and feel you deserve a thing, yet is the same thing you 'want' - You have just created a mental and emotional blockage. When that is realized and acknowledged, you can shift gears in Language immediately to override the programming. When we hone in on what want to do and communicate that want specifically, we will notice a shift in how we feel about doing that, and mentally and physically move in that direction.  

Here's an exercise: Stand up where you and speak out loud to yourself and write down " I DO THINGS THAT BRING ME CLOSER TO WHAT I WANT IN LIFE"  Repeat again 3 times where you are now.  Also, do this exercise for at least 3-5minutes each day.  How are you feeling and thinking?😇

Food for thought today for us to evaluate going forward in life ... Frequencies are those unseen electromagnetic fields of internal energy where we project our attentional focus on stimuli /concepts/beliefs (subconsciously and consciously) to attract certain occurrences and events in our life.   

Which Frequencies do you tap into Frequently?  Wealth? Struggle? Limitation? Abundance? 

 If you recognize that your attentional focus is on unfavourable occurrences, which will you strive to focus on more frequently?   

I encourage you to tap in and project more favorable frequencies into your life.   Forward Always!

DIFFICULT TIME? MINDFULNESS COULD BE THE ANSWER. Find out more below What is mindfulness? Simply put, it is the art of being present, at the moment, fully aware of what you’re doing. This awareness comes without feeling anxious or overwhelmed by all the things that are going on. This practice comes from the Buddhist tradition but has spread all around the world under several other disciplines and practices. What is it good for? According to science, mindfulness has physical and psychological benefits. Not only does it make us more aware of how we feel, but it also brings light to many patterns, symptoms, and issues that are core to our life. Among the benefits you can find are: – Stress reduction – Emotional intelligence enhancement – Lower blood pressure – Increased focus – Helps one cope with depression and anxiety How to practice mindfulness? Contrary to common belief, mindfulness isn’t only meditating. Meditation is one of many mindfulness practices and you can start by others that are more simple and doable anywhere. Mindful breathing This simple exercise gives you focus and balance, anywhere you are. All you have to do is stand or sit comfortably and start breathing slowly through your nose and then letting the air out through your mouth. Watch your breath and focus solely on it, increasing awareness of how your body responds to each breath. This exercise is great for refreshing your head, gaining some clarity, or just grounding yourself before any task. Mindful appreciation This observation and gratefulness exercise will bring more awareness to those simple things in life that make it all easier for you. Choose one or two things in your day and observe them closely, it can be a person, an animal, or an object. Sit, breathe, and truly watch and study it. in your process, never judge, just watch and see how thoughts about it come and go. Making of this exercise a daily practice helps increase your gratefulness towards all the things you have and opens your eyes to the things and people that surround you. See? Mindfulness isn’t as complicated as it seems to be. Add this simple, yet effective practice to your life for more balance and clarity.

This video was inspired by picture post I saw on Facebook. Immediately Innerstanding the message of the picture I actively and decided to engage in creating a quick conscious breathing session that I share with you. (literally just made this up this 😄🤓)

As you inhale through your nose for 4 counts, Visualise the smell and feel of the endless possibilities you have to make your day great and empower any situation and environment you occupy.

Hold for 4 seconds then Exhale your Past in 4 seconds. As you exhale, visualize all of your worries, negative thinking, fears, etc releasing and leaving your entire being. MIND BODY SOUL.

(3)- Identify your assets (What can you do with the gifts, talents strengths of skills that can be brought to the table of Value Creation, that not only allows you to be in service of self, but to the world as a whole.

(4)-Find someone to hold you Accountable and PUSH YOU!

“We destroy things by neglecting it”. Does this apply to our life, personal growth and Financial future?

A Prolific 19th Century Military Writer, Robert Baden-Powell, proclaimed that "We never fail when we try to do our duty, we always fail when we neglect to do it".

This realization hit me hard this week. Alot of character-building moments in my life, personal growth and finances have lead to alot of questions which I felt the need to write down, type up and share with you.

QUESTION: How do we destroy a plants future and growth?

ANSWER: By not watering it and neglecting that it’s needed for nourishment through the right methods, ie. Plenty of water.

So how do we destroy our financial future and growth?

By neglecting the reasons why it is important to think about our financial future. By thinking we should pass over opportunities repeatedly ( thinking P.O.O.R)?

By neglecting the need to nourish our minds with the laws and principles of accumulating wealth. ?

By neglecting the clues given to us about success and building networks to increase the chances of obtaining financial freedom In the future.?

By neglecting the safest and rewarding ways to build a financial wall for our families and generations. ?

YES. Because “We destroy things by neglecting it”.

Yet,we should NEVER neglect an opportunity for Improvement.

QUESTION: What does it mean to neglect something?.

ANSWER: It means to excuse a thing / act out an excuse physically or verbally. And I say that there is no future in excuses. So making excuses about having financial freedom means that you will have no future in obtaining that freedom.

So if we stopped guessing and start knowing. Then we will see ourselves growing in every aspect of life.

The Weaknesses In Our State Of Mind And Changing Ones Consciousness

This episode briefly discusses 'The Weaknesses In Our State Of Mind And Changing Ones Consciousness'.Through reading and reflection, I have realised a key weakness in the state of mind of many people (including myself at times) and key Ingredients for changing the problem.

For example, We foolishly believe that our own limitations are the proper measure of limitations.

Another weakness found in altogether too many people is the ‘habit of measuring everything, and everyone, by their own impressions and beliefs’; being close-minded to the opportunities that are open to us.
Success comes to those who become success conscious, whereas Failure comes to those who indifferently allow themselves to become failure conscious.

This highlights that fact that when we experience Failure, it is essentially the individual, not the method, which has failed. If you try and fail, make another effort, and still another, until you succeed. Do not just ‘Give up’.

Some of who will read books such as Think and Grow Rich, will believe that no one can actually ‘Think’ and ‘Grow Rich’. They cannot think in terms of riches and prosperity, because their thought habits have been steeped in Poverty, want, misery, failure, and defeat.

“Every man is what he is, because of the dominating thoughts which he permits to occupy his mind”— Napolean Hill.
Through this, we may understand that it is essential for us to encourage positive emotions as dominating forces of our minds, and discourage — and eliminate negative emotions.

Even though the outlook is far from encouraging, Believe, and not without reason, that nothing is impossible to the person who backs DESIRE with ENDURING FAITH . All in all, the key is STAY EMPOWERED.

In this video I briefly talk about 'the mountains that we climb' and empowering ourselves every day in life.

These are factors and ideas that are often programmed into every aspect of our life as barriers that we must transmute and release in order to empower ourselves and elevate through our circumstances.

Coming from the bottom of the mountain to the top.


This could look like moving up from :


- Self-doubt to confidence,

- Fear of loss to the understanding and power of perspective 

- From resentment of a thing to gaining peace,

- And from past Failures to the gaining the wisdom to obtain growth from it.


In analysing this We could overstand that ELEVATION IS THE DESTINATION.


Keep Climbing every mountain in your life. the views of where the climb will take us each day can be exciting and amazing .  

Each moment and Each day provides us the opportunity for internal/external improvements in our perspectives, growth, peace and confidence in every aspect of our life.

It's All a MIND GAME- Empowered Mind = Empowered World 🔑🔑🔑

So many synchronicities lately in terms of what I’ve been hearing, sharing, conversations and videos.

A book I would recommend to check out is the Kybalion. Discusses the laws of the universe . And first Law is the Law of Mentalism: “All is mind and the Universe is Mental”. This resonates a lot lately. The collective Noosphere (sphere of the mind) impacts us globally and personally. In all multidimensional aspects of our life. One example in particular being the Amazon which due to the raising of awareness is gradually getting more attention as people are realising the implications and how relatable they are to the planet and particularly on a personal level. And the Decision to seek ways to help us the opportunity that only takes place when the mind is strong and intends to project good.
Because when the mind is weak , the situation becomes problem. When the mind is balanced , the situation becomes a challenge. BUT when the mind is STRONG, the situation becomes an Opportunity.
So let the Sit-U-Ation, whichever it may be , cause U-to-SIT-on your-AcTION, but rather let it be an opportunity to get our minds in order and raise the vibration of the earth and gradually become the Powerful Positive Force we were born to be.
