The lie that you are not beautiful - part 1
“If I am a size 0 I'm beautiful… If I have clear skin I'm beautiful… If I get enough likes on Instagram I’m beautiful… But seeing I’ve put on some extra weight right now, have acne all over my face and no one’s liked my recent post… I'm an ugly loser bitch 🤦‍♀️😅 Ah well who gives a shit about beautiful...I'm not just some "object" I'm above being beautiful...I'm smart and I'm a good person... So let me work real hard and show everyone 💪 Yes goal achieved! 🏆 But wait... Why do I still have this weird empty feeling? Why do I feel so disconnected from myself? Why do I act like a crazy person all the time? I'm always stressed, feeling guilty or beating myself up... What the f*** is up with that? 🤷‍♀️ Somehow no matter how much I achieve I still have this feeling that I'm not good enough... That I need to do even more to prove myself... If I compare myself to Karen over there… Wait a minute...it's kinda like that feeling of not being beautiful all over again! That seems strange... It feels like I'm in the same movie...same plot but just slightly different angle 🤨” I believe as women it's not only our right to feel beautiful...it's the foundation for us to feel powerful and confident in going after our dreams and making an impact in the world! In this episode I'll be sharing my experiences with having insecurities around not being beautiful and the shifts that happened once I claimed for myself that I truly was beautiful! Be YOU - leveraging the universe
Your "job" in this world is be YOU! It sounds like a simple enough task, but considering most of us have been conditioned to believe that in fact we're NOT good enough, therefore must be a certain way, should do x, have to do y, do more, more, more...so that we're finally good enough... Just being yourself is actually not as straight forward as it sounds 😜 In this episode I share with you one of my personal stories on how I found life be much more beautiful, once I ACCEPTED myself as I am right NOW and from that place continued to WANT to BE MORE! How to be confident when s*** goes down 🤪
Ok so the coronavirus is here to stay...and with it fear, panic and uncertainty as the uninvited party guests...so let’s talk about positive practical actions we can all take to feel safe and confident during these let’s say “unusual times” * If you want to watch the free confidence training you can do so here http://bit.ly/2vdOkn3 or https://jenrottmann.com.au/ * And I’m not gonna talk about washing your hands etc cause although you should do all those things...you can read about them everywhere else...I wanna talk about what you can do within yourself to feel good, confident and be a source of love, joy and kindness for others...even when it’s getting crazy around you #1 Take time to FEEL GOOD and connect within My spiritual practice...where I connect within and focus on the feelings and values that represent who I truly am...for me love and joy... is the most important part of my day on any day...but now even more so than ever! This doesn’t have to be complicated, difficult or strict...I believe you can start tapping into the powerful loving energy around you within minutes! And it can be super simple and fun! So to help you along I’m gonna share with you a new tools, encouragement and some fun each day… Gabby is one of my great inspirations and teachers so I will be sharing my interpretations on her tools from her book Miracles Now #2 Choose LOVE over fear I’m super sensitive...like if someone just starts talking about symptoms of any illness I immediately feel them So for me repeating this mantra and constantly refocusing my energy is the only way I can stay sane Nothing is neutral...we are either aligning ourselves with positive/loving energy...or negative fear! Just keep noticing what your thinking, what you’re focusing on, how you’re feeling...when you’re in fearful/crazy mode...just say “I choose LOVE over fear” to yourself and run with the very first insight you get that will make you feel happy, grateful and have some fun #3 Be KIND to yourself and others Compassion is your superpower! Fear comes when I focus only on myself...when I believe in separation...that’s what we’re truly fearful of...being alone...not being loved! The antidote is COMPASSION Compassion for yourself...compassion for others… Remembering that at the end we are all the same...we want love and we want to feel loved because that’s what makes us feel safe...compassion is how we GIVE love to ourselves and to others Hope some of these are helpful for you and make you feel more grounded and confident Writing them for you has definitely made me feel more confident and positive so thanks for listening

Manifesting from a place of appreciation meditation Appreciation is one of the most powerful forces we can use to call in what we desire When we appreciate we switch from focusing on what’s lacking in our life to expressing our love for the present moment, activating our super attraction powers and calling in more of what it is we want. Many times in my life when things weren’t the way I wanted them to be, leaning into appreciation was the pivotal turning point. This meditation I’m about to share with you is inspired by a mediation from one of my greatest teachers Gabby Bernstein and I trust it will serve you greatly just as it has served me countless times.
