I get to talk with Mike Conn who is the Lead Pastor at Impact580.Church. Mike is also the creator and director of Sold Out Leadership Labs which focuses on helping children and students develop skills to navigate the social/emotional issues they face day in and day out. The backdrop to Mike’s mission with this project is: EVERYONE has the right to feel valued and respected, and everyone has the responsibility to value and respect every one. This episode I talk with Dan Navarra & Kelsey Henderson! Dan is the High school Pastor at Monte Vista Chapel in Turlock, CA. Kelsey is the Children's Pastor at Monte Vista. I get to hear all about the revolutionary Spiritual Formation that Monte Vista is leading their congregation through. This Spiritual Formation plan is a core value that pulses through every ministry at their church. 

I also talk to Dan about Compensation. Dan is the founder of YP Comp Pros and is building a library of resources to help Youth Pastors and other church staff equip themselves with proper knowledge about compensation.
