Love You Like A Brother EP3 - Electoral College: To Reform Or Not To Reform

Love You Like A Brother EP3 - Electoral College: To Reform Or Not To Reform

Andy Beckett and Morrison Agen disscuss the Electoral College during this episode!

Episode note - Morrison misspoke concerning the population of Alaska. He said it was 400k when it is 735k. The error does not effect the argument he was making. He also juxtaposed the 1980 and 84 election results during the episode. It should be noted that Reagan crushed in both elections, but we felt it needed to be pointed out anyway.

Love You Like A Brother - EP1 Introduction

Love You Like A Brother - EP1 Introduction

Love You Like A Brother is a unique political podcast. Two brothers, Morrison Agen and Andy Beckett, with wildly differing political worldviews, discuss politics, current events and newsworthy topics in a respectful manner.

The idea for LYLAB came from discussions that Morrison and Andy have been having for 30 years, where they would frequently have long phone conversations about various topics and discuss their opposing viewpoints. They both were concerned about the severe lack of respectful discourse online and even in person to friends or members of ones own family, especially after the 2016 election. Love You Like A Brother was born out of the need to have respectful dialogue between people who may not necessarily agree, but still have respect for one another.
