Recommitting to Yourself
When did you break up with yourself? Throughout our lives, and as women especially, we give away parts of ourselves in big and little ways. Sometimes these breakups are stemmed from little agreements that build up over time, and sometimes it happens in big ways - accepting people, things, thoughts, job, to treat us in a way that is below our worth. All of this leads to a disconnection to our Higher Selves. Post break-up, pre-dating, in transition or growth, at whatever point of your journey you are on, recommitting to yourself is so important. In this episode we talk about “breaking up with ourselves” and the learning, growth, ceremonies, and agreements to reconnect and recommit to fully living as you! Questions from the episode: >What was the divide in your life that split you from yourself? >When were you told to distrust your inner voice? >What is your truth in those situations? >How does your relationship with yourself align or not with your needs, wants, and desires? (Reference Messy Path episode 10 - Needs, Wants, and Desires) >What are the signs that you are connected? >What are your commitments to yourself? >What will your life look like if you stay committed and connected to yourself? Share with us your aha moments, growth opportunities, and more about your ceremony to reconnect with yourself! Needs, Wants, and Desires
What are your needs, wants, and desires? As womxn playing out our roles as “caretaker” or living in stories like “the good girl” or not feeling good enough, we seldom ask ourselves these very important questions, let alone fulfill them. We’re starting our dating series - which relates to everyone at every stage of relationships, because we are always dating ourselves and our relationships as we continue to grow and expand along our messy path! We’re starting with outlining your needs, wants, and desires as the foundation for what you are calling in energetically! Birthdays
Birthdays are definitely part of our messy path journey. It is a transition ritual everyone experiences. In the wake of Whitney’s birthday, we are revisiting why our birthdays have been disappointing, and how by changing our mindset, we are able to fully enjoy and embrace birthdays now. Both Whitney and I, Ariel, have experienced our fair share of soured birthdays, but have reclaimed the celebration to be more aligning to our needs, wants and desires. In this episode, we explore how to reframe those past hurts and outdated mindsets, to bring birthdays back into light and joy. Share with us some of your mindset practices around birthdays! What is working in alignment for you, and what is no longer serving you that you can release? Ariel IG: @ariels_cosmos Whitney IG: @whit_beingoppen

Signs
How does the Universe communicate with us? However it can! The energy of the universe is non-physical, whereas we -as people- are. So the Universe uses all different forms of signs to communicate with us. This week, Whitney and Ariel are diving into what are “signs from the universe,” how do you receive them, how do you know when you’re receiving them, and share their own experiences with signs in their lives. Share with us - what signs are you drawing in? What messages or guidance do they mean for you?
