S3. Ep 66. Whitney's Wedding!
Whitney got married in September 2022 in a beautiful little resort on the backside of the Tetons. It was an intimate, aligned, authentic ceremony and celebration that I was lucky to attend with my partner. In this episode we discuss Whitney's journey in planning their wedding, how she/they stayed centered in flow and alignment, how they handled when things inevitably didn't go 'perfectly', and a lot of joyful, fun details!
Congratulations Whitney and Greg!

S3. Ep 65: Witches & Women's Rights
Tis the season for witches. As Halloween approaches and images of the witch surround us, what do we really know or need to know about the history of witches, how it's intertwined with the oppression of women's rights, and what the affects or influences the witch narrative still has on women today. For this conversation, Whitney and I brought in my dear soulsister and historian Hannah to shed more knowledge and insight, and of course, to make a coven of 3.

S3. Ep 63. Resting on the Path; Slowing, Integrating, Deepening
Although the path through personal, spiritual and relationship growth and development is messy, and never ending, it does not mean that it is always actively hustling and bustling. Whitney and I are both in phases of deep growth and integration. And both of us keep getting messages from the universe to SLOW DOWN and REST.
So what does that look like, sound like, feel like?
This leads us to a conversation around envy. While we may be at different depths and rest moments of our journey, we talk through the struggles of seeing other people in action points in theirs.
Join us through this flowy, coaching, supportive conversation.
Let us know where you are along your messy path right now? Are you in a rapids? A swiftly moving stream with the wind at your back? Or are you in this deep slowness like us? Share with us!

S3. Ep 62. Toxic Positivity
Toxic Positivity. Maybe you've heard this buzz term floating around lately. We delve into what toxic positivity is, how to not be that person, when it is ok to be that person, and how to help yourself and others not get stuck in the toxic positivity spiral.

S3. Ep 61. Whitney’s Birthday Reflection:35 Things I’ve Learned in 35 years (Part 2)
Whitney hit a big milestone birthday in September 2021. Because she is the amazing and inspirational coach that she is, she is sharing the 35 things she's learned in her 35 years around the sun! We're splitting this conversation into two parts so you get the most of Whitney's story sharing, resources, and inspirations!
35 List (continued from Episode 60)
18. Give thanks for each relationship, even if they end in flames - you learned and needed some aspect of the experience
19. Enter every situation with a beginners mind. Even if it's something you're an expert in. There's always more to learn.
20. Learn how to FEEL your feelings without becoming them. There's a big difference.
21. Know that you'll never have the same conversation twice, everyone in your life is always changing, as are you.
22. Change may feel foreign but it can end up being the most comforting feeling.
23. Even on your darkest days, you're never alone. One of the other 7 billion people on the planet is feeling the same thing you are in their own life.
24. The fears you have are not unique, they can be overcome. They're a guide post of where you're ready to expand next.
25. Learn a different language, it will help you see differently in daily life.
26. Study other religions and beliefs than the one you were raised with, it will show you that all humans are looking for the same comfort and support.
27. Don't be afraid to change mid-stream. Sometimes you have to explore something to realize it's not for you.
28. Push yourself to go further than you thought you could. There's always enough energy for one or two more steps on the path.
29. Find a belief, practice, or place that bring you comfort - use it often.
30. Don't hide what you're truly feeling. You'll regret not being real with someone more than you'll ever regret "losing face"
31. There is no external person, place or thing that will ever fill the hole of love. You must first love yourself and create things you love in your life.
32. If you admire someone, tell them. We all need support and to honor our gifts.
33. Don't ever downplay your talents, someone admires you for them.
34. A genuine conversation will mean more to someone than 'keeping it safe' with small talk.
35. Take the time each day to be present with your surroundings - feel the air, smell what's around you, touch the nearest surface... ground yourself here if only for a moment.
Let us know what resonated with you! What are you being called to work on? What do you feel like wisdom of age and experience has taught you? Share with us!

S3. Ep 60. Whitney’s Birthday Reflection:35 Things I’ve Learned in 35 years (Part 1)
35 List:
1. Your intuition is always right
2. You won't have to second guess if a friendship or relationship is "genuine" if you are questioning, it's not genuine.
3. Working your ass off for a future goal (when it's set by someone else - ie a boss) is never going to leave you 100% happy
4. Take at least one solo 4+ day vacation
5. Take the time to figure out what your ideal day is and do your damndest to make part of it blend into each day (even if you're working a job you hate)
6. Start honoring your budget NOW (and it doesn't have to be painful!)
Resource: I will teach you to be rich by Ramit Sethi
7. Take your fears and journal why they're not true, it's one of the most freeing exercises you can do
8. Time in nature is never wasted
9. When you feel you don't have any time "for you" is when it's most important to take time to step back, even for an hour
10. Don't worry about finding your "life's purpose," find your NOW purpose. You're a dynamic being - and life will change you
Resource: Soul - 2020 Pixar film
11. Understand that each chapter of life will have a different focus, different energy. Don't judge each chapter on it's own but look at the whole
12. Ask yourself each day "What does my soul need most?" and do your best to give it to yourself
13. Take up a hobby you had or wanted in childhood as an adult, it will fill your spirit
14. Take time to get to know yourself, outside of societal expectations. Strip all the "could, would and should" away and ask "who am I"? (Don't answer with labels like "mom, friend, job title.")
15. Find something you admire in every person you meet. It'll help you be more open to all possible connections in life.
16. Do your best to understand differing perspectives. We are all having unique and connecting human experiences
17. Don't put anything on a timeline. It will come when it needs to.

Integration
You've done it! You recognized your contrast, sent up your rocket of desires, faced your shadows, done the transformational inner work.... you're transformed. You feel freer, more grounded. Now what?
That kinda toxic ex keeps hitting you up. You're still at your crappy job. Your bank account balance still reads less than your monthly bills. Now what?
Doing the inner work doesn't of healing and transformative growth isn't a magic wand that then rearranges your whole life like waking up in a different hallmark movie. Often times, the hardest part, or the part that requires the most endurance, is seeing your transformation through, facing your tests, choosing your transformed self, and integrating your transformation into your life.
Luckily, Whitney and Ariel are here to hold space for you, guide you, uplift you, remind you, and support you with tools for integrating your transformation into your life!

Intentions
That's Not Me Anymore
One of Ariel's favorite tools in a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session is to identify how old scenes, beliefs, and emotions aren't part of you anymore! Within the RTT school, this tool is referred to as "that's not me." Whether done subconsciously through hypnosis - as in an RTT session, or consciously, the impact of identifying you are no longer that former version of yourself is very empowering! This discussion came forward after Whitney shared her own "that's not me anymore" example from her personal life!

Sexual (R)evolution
Katie Thurston recently shared her journey to being sex positive in a recent episode of The Bachelorette. This brought forward a conversation between Whitney and Ariel about sex positivity, consent, sexual validation, virginity, and how to reclaim your sexual journey towards empowerment and alignment. We talk through the impact of living in a misogynistic patriarchal society, share some of our sex journey experiences, what's needed for a healthy relationship with a partner, and what it means to live in alignment to ourselves as spiritual beings having a physical experience. Please know, Whitney and Ariel are both here to support, listen, and guide you through sharing any encounters you have experienced. Should vs Alignment
"I should be further in my career by now." "I should be married/have babies by this age." "We've been together this long, we should be married by now." Any of these sound familiar? Whether you are receiving pressure regarding where you "should" be in life at any given time by a direct person in your life - like mom/ partner/ friends, or your ego is feeling the general societal should pressure imposed by the patriarchy throughout time, the pressure to be where you "should" be is something many of us battle with. So what's the difference between external 'shoulds,' contrast that sparks manifestation, or aligning to your needs, wants and desires? How can you determine the difference between the 'shoulds' and soulful alignment?
In this episode, Whitney and Ariel explore how we have worked on releasing the 'shoulds' and living through alignment - connecting to our inner truth and guidance in leading our own life, and helping others connect to theirs.
What are you thinking you 'should' be doing at this point of your life that doesn't feel in alignment to how you feel and your alignment? How have you moved through contrasting shoulds? How did leaning into a should v alignment affect your journey? When have you braved alignment and how did that feel? Share your reactions with us!

Double Inner Voice Conversation
Our big takeaway form doing this exercise is just how important and easy it is to connect into yourself. I have not edited out the pauses in our conversation, so any lag is from us breathing in, tuning in to our inner voices for the response. We really enjoyed doing this and want to show you the benefits as well!
We'll often use exercises similar to this with clients. Good to Great
Why is it harder to go from 'good' to 'great', than it is from 'bad to good'? Whitney and Ariel received this question from a listener and we took off with it! Often this is described as our "upper limiting beliefs" and can come as quite a shock when we feel like "we've been doing the work" and now come to yet another block in our road. As we process through in the episode, this is all just part of that messy path of the human growth experience - understanding and navigating through all the bumps, turns, and rocks along the journey. We delve into mindset, manifestations, resistance, and tools to help process through!
Share your thoughts! Message us - do you think it's harder to go from 'good to great' than 'bad to good'? Where are you experiencing 'upper limiting beliefs' in your life? What have you done to help move through them? What tips or guidance from the episode did you find useful and supportive? Do you disagree with us about anything? Let us know! We'd love to hear your thoughts and send us further questions!

The Mess of Manifesting

Signs: Trail Markers from the Universe; an Exercise in Trust
Following up from our earlier episode on calling in "signs" from the Universe, messages to help connect and guide you from the ethereal plane, we expand on further questions and experiences in what it's like recognizing and working with signs.
What happens if you're not receiving the signs that you want? What do the signs mean? I don't know that I'm getting any signs, how do I recognize them? What does receiving signs mean? Who or what is giving me signs?
Whitney and Ariel really enjoy these conversations! We expand further on some of our big sign experiences, what our process has been like in trusting our intuition to identify and receive signs and guidance, and so many great metaphors - like the cairn in the episode image!

Daddy Issues
How can we battle the adage 'you fix the issues with your husband that you have with your dad?" Or are your relationships seeking "a bite to match the wound?" As a primary soul contract, it's no surprise that our relationships with our fathers or prominent masculine figures in our lives play a major role in our personal and spiritual growth journey. This week, Whitney and Ariel share their journey and development in handling their own "daddy issues," its effects on their relationships, and what has helped them navigate through these lessons.
The Why and How of Coaching
What does it mean that Whitney is an "Intuitive Relationship Coach"? How does "coaching" differ from therapy or talking with your friends? Why would someone work with a life/relationship coach? What does working with a coach look like, feel like? How does it benefit you? When would a person consider working with a coach? What does coaching look like after an RTT session? We answer these and many more questions in today's episode all about "coaching"! Believing Others & Choosing Yourself: Lessons in Self-Love
Maya Angelou teaches us, "When someone tells you who they are, believe them the first time." But what does that mean, what does that look like as it plays out in relationships? How do you battle between knowing when is the right time to stay or go? Whitney and Ariel talk through examples from their own lives and client stories giving examples to these common relationship trials. They provide tips on establishing, installing, and holding true to your needs, wants, and desires, and understanding soul contracts and releasing stories and expectations from the ego. For anyone who's ever experience the dissonance and contrast of another person not matching their level in a relationship, you know this is one of the messiest aspects of our relationship journeys.

Transitions: Out of Covid & Through Inner Work
As we transition into spring in Northern America, many of are feeling that shift of energy. The emerging of spring, in conjunction to increasing percentages of Covid vaccinated people is giving many of us a glimmer of long anticipated hope for things to "return to normal." But is "back to normal" really where we want to go?
In this episode, Whitney and Ariel discuss what aspects of pandemic life were to our benefit? What did we learn about ourselves? And what do we want to keep integrated into post-pandemic life?
Pandemic aside, the conversation really applies to all times of transition. We touch on the impact of releasing expectations and control, introverts and extroverts, self care v. soul care, releasing hustle culture, the concept of time, establishing and keeping boundaries, the impact of sustained trauma, and how to integrate your transformed self into your life.
Let us know how you are feeling? Are you feeling like the pandemic lockdown is nearing an end? How is that impacting your life and your well being? What have you learned about yourself this past year, or through other transitions? What tools of soul care did you lean on or need more support for? Let us know in the comments or send us a message!

This conversation weaves in and out of manifestations, menstrual cycles, movie and literary symbolisms, spiritual growth and connection, the limitations of the body, child birth and the feminine ability to birth creation, time travel, destiny v. free will, I encounter deeper revelations about my signs from the universe, the significance of being present in time, the impact and insights Hannah received from her RTT with me, contrast, transcendentalism, love journeys, safety in expansion .... it's pretty packed! Warning, it's a longer episode, but it so fluidly moves through these concepts all under the thesis of wind, I couldn't get myself to clip it! So enjoy!
We'll be back with Whitney next week!

We’re breaking through the bulls**t of societal conditioning and grounding into our soul truths.
Whitney posted a tiktok video about her former relationship break up and people freaked out about it on the internet! Using that as our stepping off point we touch on some of the societal conditioning keeping us small - from high school bullying, to internet trolls, breaking out of relationships and stepping into your fullness.

Stepping into the Unknown
Another flow of consciousness conversation between Ariel and Whitney, guided by their oracle card pulls around Imrama - a journey of the soul, where we don't know where we are going, but the soul knows the way. We also discuss the theme of Coddiwomple which is the act of traveling in a direction you’re being pulled but with unknown destination. Something Ariel and Whitney have embraced throughout their spiritual journeys. And the ever important aspect of feeling your feelings and letting them flow!

Upgrading to Modern Soulful Relationships
We take a modern look at creating and honoring soulful relationships.
As we continuously move to break through antiquated patriarchal suppression in all aspects of our life and societal systems, today we explore what that looks like in terms of relationships. What does it mean and look like to honor soul contracts over legal contracts? As we continue to grow, expand and develop as soulful beings along our messy paths, what affect does that have on our partner relationships, friendships, partnerships, family orientations? How does that affect dating, breaking up, getting married, separating, breaking up, divorcing, conscious uncoupling? This episode is full of aha moments and breakthroughs for navigating the constant growth and journey of upgrading into modern soulful relationships.
Ariel and Whitney will also be hosting another free drop-in womxn's circle on February 11th, coinciding with the new moon. You are welcome to join us - follow our IG and Facebook announcements for link to join.
If you are enjoying and resonating with our podcast, we invite you to join the March session of the Messy Path Course. We'll lead you through a collective journey of centering in your mess, releasing old stories, connecting back to yourself, and making a commitment to uplevel into your Higher Self!

Understanding your Soul Potential: Exploring North & South Nodes
Astrology is a great tool for understanding and connecting further with yourself. Today, Ariel and Whitney take a hobbyist's journey explaining the North and South Nodes in your natal chart and what information can be gathered there. Essentially, your South Node represents your soul's past, the lessons you need to learn and grow through, the things that may feel comfortable or familiar to you... until you are ready to transition or uplevel into your soul's potential - your North Node. This episode is a fun exploration where Ariel leads Whitney through some reflective exercises and shares about her own journey through the nodes as well!
Let us know how this resonates with you! What struck you from our conversation? Are you familiar with you north and south nodes? What insights or ahas have you discovered about yourself? Where have you felt resistance?
The book Ariel references in the episode is: Discovering your Soul Mission by Linda Brady.

Boundaries
Positive space boundaries are often one of the most difficult aspects of our lives to set and maintain. With the rise of political tensions surrounding the Trump/Biden presidential race, cultural protests, the pandemic, and all of it being shared through social media, the need for healthy boundaries in our lives seems more pressing than ever. We talk about the importance and value of boundaries in your life. We discuss how to navigate political discussions and social media commentary, speaking and acting from your authenticity in sexual situations, navigating familial and partner relationships, how to establish and uphold emotional and energetic boundaries, and provide tips and suggestions from our own experiences.
Whitney shares a great boundary reframing metaphor that boundaries are like guardrails to help guide and protect you along your journey.
Ariel's reframe is from feeling like the hidden inner child, to the strong queen with an open heart.
We also share a number of reflective questions to help process emotional boundary setting.
We are also hosting a free virtual womxn's circle Thursday, January 21st at 8pm eastern time. We are currently pushing back the start of our more structured Messy Path Course. This is what is flowing forward as the best way to support you right now. Follow either of us on instagram or facebook for more information on future circles as well.

Triggers & Growth (Holiday Recap)
Ariel and Whitney both had some big changes and shifts happen over the holidays and we’re sharing our messy journeys over the past couple of weeks. We discuss the integration of merging your soul, feeling triggered by family, partners, and upper limiting beliefs, challenging old habits, shedding our past selves, and stepping forward and deeper into personal growth.
Content Warning: Suicidal thoughts.
NOTE: If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, PLEASE reach out to someone - a therapist, mental health provider, suicide prevention hotline (National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 800-273-8255 - pretty sure you can text them, you don't even have to "talk" about it)... message one of us, a friend. You are worthy of being here. You are worthy of living a beautiful life. You are worthy of feeling good. It is available to you.
We're also postponing the January session of the Messy Path Course possibly to March. Things are far too messy right now. So we are hosting drop-in womxn's circles instead. See our websites for more information and follow us on Instagram:

Fun Manifestations
Happy Christmas week! We want to celebrate this transition into the new year by keeping things light-hearted and reflecting on some of our favorite fun manifestations! As growth seeking beings, we're always manifesting desires, but some come with much less resistance than others. This episode is all about some of our fun big manifestations! They involve homes, cars, trips, and time travel! You'll see! We also discuss what we're manifesting for 2021.
We'd love to hear about your fun manifestations or what you're intentions or manifestations are for 2021! Send us a message!
The January session of our Messy Path Course starts 01-12-21!
What happens in the Messy Path Course?
During the Messy path you take one major thing in your life that you’re looking to learn a lesson from, change or manage and we dive deep into it.
When you sign up you’ll get a note from Ariel and I asking you to rate how you’re feeling about all the different aspects of your life and take some time to think about exactly what part of your life you’d like to focus on for the next month.
Then we dive into 4 weeks of focusing on just that.
You have the support of TWO coaches during this whole journey as you learn:
-How to not identify as the mess in your life
-How to reframe the stories you’ve been telling yourself
-How to get more in touch with your whole self, sex and all!
-And finally - you’ll recommit to your relationship with yourself as you move forward.
Each week we meet 2 times the first is to discuss that week’s topic and hear from Ariel and Whitney about how this has shown up in our lives and the second session is all about you sharing where you are and what came up when answering the workbook prompts for that week.
We seriously cannot wait to hold this space for you!
Links below to sign up, grab your space!!
In response of major messages from the Universe to Whitney and Ariel regarding slowing down (re: ep 13), we are taking a break from the podcast for the holidays and in January while we are hosting the Messy Path Course. Processing Our Relationships
In this vulnerable episode, we hit record on a conversation processing current challenges in our relationships. We share how we've been been processing our romantic relationships this year, the challenges that have come up and how we have processed and are processing through them, what it means to be doing the work for other people as an Intuitive Relationship Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapist and how that affects our process. We go deep into sharing insight from our personal healing sessions and how we're processing through that. This episode is really a reflection on our growth and insights from the past three episodes relating to romantic relationships, personal, spiritual, and career developments.
Let us know what about our stories are resonating with you! Where you are facing challenges or growth in your romantic, personal, spiritual, or career lives right now? Send either of us an email, DM, comment wherever you are seeing the episode.

Flowing with your Energy
Throughout our life, seasons of change, energy cycles, transitions - physical and energetic, menstrual cycles, moon cycles, healing cycles, all of these times of our lives carry different energies and request from us different energy levels. In this episode, we discuss the importance of flowing with your energy through those cycles. Reminding you, as we remind ourselves, that we're not always in the hustle/ absorption / crisis healing / growth mode but valuing the times of rest and integration that our body, lives, and energy needs. Flowing with your energy is a way of honoring and valuing our energetic cycles.
What do you notice about the ebbs and flows of your energy? What practices or tools do you enjoy at different phases of your energy? Let us know!
Big news! If you enjoy our podcast, you'd probably enjoy working with us too! Registration for the January session of the Messy Path Course is now open! Dates and information can be found in our websites. Please message us with any questions - we look forward to you joining us!
