I shared with my listeners how peace of mind is for me and I also had a guest on the show that shared her experience with us and It was good. N:B; Feed your peace, nurture it,make it satisfying, be obsessed about it and make it an addiction🤍

I talked about how sex is related to a relationship. I talked about 2 different types of sexuality.

We discussed about how to deal with rejection when it come to opportunities, job and competition wise..I asked them some personal questions about what they do. Osassy shared with us how storytelling makes her head cleared and zika did a performance with us...

I defined rejection and I talked about how to deal with rejection (relationship aspects). I gave solutions and I also talked about how to find oneself through the process

I talked about how we need to be there for eachother, showing love. I also talked about consistency and how one shouldnt give up.. N:B; Suicide is not an option please, always talk to someone around you 🤍

Giving out the same energy we crave for... we should learn to be good for people to be good to us.

A toxic friendship feels like a competition, it's always about the other person when it's two of you that is there, it draining, its hurtful.
You fight over unnecessary stupid things. In a toxic friendship, it is will b about just one person winning instead of the both of you.....When you have a friend that feels your growth is a challenge to them in a bad way, you should filter them and leave
L. And you will notice that once you leave that kind of friendship, you get relieved and feel at peace.

I talked about my experience and I also shared a man's abuse too.. people are in an abusive relationship and they scared to leave because they feel they will not get that kind of person again.. I also talked about people getting help and leaving.. an abusive relationship is not an option. Stay safe and take good care of you

How messed up we are as a people, how relationship is underrated, sex is underrated, love is underrated. How the change can start with me, you and them
