We...are...BACK! After a much needed Self Care Summer...Fall... and Winter, Shaun & J return to their first in-person show in 2 years. Since it's like the return from a long Halftime show, the fellas discuss about the most talked about Superbowl Halftime show in years. They also chop it up about the NBA All Star game halftime show which saw a ceremony for the NBA's Top 75 players of all time. It's finally here! The much needed, highly anticipated Men-tal Health episode. J & Shaun invite Therapist Valoria Jones in to address topics like stereotypes about therapy, Core beliefs, and how to teach our kids about emotional intelligence.
