LOOKING FOR HOPE THROUGH AUTISM STRUGGLES

LOOKING FOR HOPE THROUGH AUTISM STRUGGLES

When your loved one just gets an autism diagnosis it’s a very scary stressful moment, we go online and we search all things autism and so it’s easy to get misleading or wrong information. In this video we go over all the “autism cures” we have heard about and what we have tried over the years. We all do the best we can to help our loved ones and even if you tried something in the past that you wouldn’t do now (as long as it’s not dangerous) allow yourself and others to grow and gain insight from past experiences.

AUTISM DIAGNOSIS|| HOW OUR FAMILY CAME TO UNDERSTAND IT

AUTISM CAN BE A HARD SUBJECT TO TALK ABOUT

When my son was diagnosed at the age of two I knew close to nothing about autism so it was very hard to explain what i knew so little about to our close families and friends. We had a lot of misconceptions about autism that were hard to break away from. In this episode we discuss how we explained autism to our loved ones and we go over what we would do in hard situations if our loved ones were not accepting of the autism diagnosis.
