Summary of Last Night's Special Board Meeting
There was a special board meeting last night, and I thought I'd spend a few minutes summarizing the decisions made. The board meeting was an hour... this podcast is about 14 minutes -- including the trailer music. A few of the decisions were routine, almost mundane. But some of them elicited some lively discussion. Listen and be informed... and hopefully a little entertained.

Rain... and Weeds
Sorry to spring this on you... but there's probably weeds in your yard. We don't get that much rain -- not lately, at least. But we've had a little, and our management company asked when we wanted violation notices for weeds to start going out. We've asked them to not send out weed notices until the beginning of March, to give you time to take care of them. We know you're busy!
