Roofing Companies in 2030 - The coming Battle of the Billion Dollar Roofing Companies
Ever wonder How long it will be until we have a Billion Dollar Residential Roofing Company?
This is something that has been on my mind for some time now.
If you want to do the math on how to get there it is pretty simple. 10 markets, 5000 customers per market, and $20,000 average ticket.
There is a good chance that SIRC, Apple Roofing, Monarch Roofing, Roofing.com, Roofers LLC, Modern Roofer and many others are on their way there.
But what does that look like? As we have been working on the RoofingBusinessPartner.com website rebrand, I basically shut down a team of 4 people and said I needed to record a podcast episode and everyone had to be quiet. This has been something I have been contemplating deeply for about a year now. Watching everything that is going on in the industry; seeing all the crazy flow of capital into the industry. Looking at trends in Tech and the money going to the roofing software side.
I was going to wait until the Roofing PROcess Conference on december 2nd to talk about this, but then I Got cold feet and thought.... I need more data. So for those of you that listen to this I was hoping you could give me your thoughts on the subject I discuss today. Am I a tin hat wearing fool? Have I stumbled across something that the industry is too busy roofing to see?
Feel free to reach out to me any way if you have thoughts, feedback, or insights! Anonymous or on the record. I don't care!
