Hey everybody, it's TUESDAY and you're listening to NEW CONTENT. This is actually an unreleased episode from 2016. On this episode, Ricky describes his disappointment with recent Pokemon games, we discuss the best of 2016, Tom Morello, and Twitch gets a special surprise! Enjoy!

It may seem like another long stretch since the last episode, but this is actually from a while back. The audio quality is definitely different this time because of a much more convenient and portable recording setup.

Michael is down on Guacamelee, Ricky is still playing Pokemon, and Twitch is waiting for next-gen games to start coming out on the PS4. Unfortunately, we were Jimmy-less at the time of recording.

WE ARE BACK! It's been a healthy break since our last show, but don't worry because there's about 2 months worth of conversation here. There's The Puppeteer, Community Questions, and an end-all conversation about GTA vs Saints Row that leads into a great debate that shakes the show to it's very core!

Anyways, we go POKEMON! After a good chunk of that is a touch on a couple of amazing HD ports, Hotline Miami, subscription services, and some movie small talk.

You know what was cool? Borderlands 2. By the way, that game is mentioned for about 5 seconds this week.

The whole gang is here and Michael gets the spotlight this week as he gives us a thorough rundown of the Call of Duty Zombies mode and what makes it great. Jimmy is all about Assassin's Creed 2 in his quest to 100% every new game he plays. We wrap things up with a surprise topic that is going to lead right into the next episode.

You just aren't living life if you're single dogging. With that said, video games!

In addition to the usuals, this week's special guests are John, Christina, and Jessica. We talk about the art of "Trophy Whoring", Pacific Rim, and arcade fighting games. Somewhere in the mix is an attempted explanation of a "game" called Virtue's Last Reward and an extra special theme song for our beloved cast-mate, Michael.

On a more somber note, this week we are closing out the show with a word of honor for the recently passed Ryan Davis.

This one is a bit shorter than our shows tend to be. That's what you wanted, right? We've got Uncharted, Infamous, 300 2, and midget wrestling.

Not much talk on specific games this week. Instead, we address the game changing news on the Xbone and spend pretty much the rest of the show on viewer questions and debauchery!

We wind down from all the insane news from the last couple weeks with The Last of Us and Silent Hill! This week starts off strong with an interrupted introduction to Persona 4: Golden for the PS Vita. Interrupted how? Interrupted by our first fleshed out viewer question segment, and spearheaded by live, and unsanctioned, viewer questions! As an added bonus, the introduction of a new member: [BLEEP]

What better way to celebrate E3 than to give you all our pre-show predictions!


We travel back in time to discuss everything we thought would be at the press conferences, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how close some of these predictions are. If that isn't enough, Michael leads our end all, spoiler-filled discussion of Bioshock Infinite that touches on just about everything you might want touched. Pepper in a few game impressions and some news and you've yourself got a show!

The game industry has been working overtime in the past couple of weeks, which is why you all get 2 podcasts this week.


This one is a big one, so don't you dare try to skip it. Microsoft revealed their next generation console, The Xbox One. Twitch has taken to calling it the XBONE (pronounced ex-bone). In case you missed out on the reveal, the cast comes together and spends a solid hour talking about what we know and think about the XBONE. This includes everything from what the hardware specs of the machine actually mean, to the features announced and what it is implying about this machine's role in the living room.


But that's not all! Ricky returns to Pokemon and we toss around a couple of ideas that we think could rejuvenate tired game formulas.

This time we start out strong with Minecraft and work our way back in time to Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time, and a few other older games. The back half of the show hold some hefty conversation about what we are excited to play in the coming weeks and other over debauchery!

SNS has finally made it to lucky number 7!


We celebrate such a momentous occasion with a brief tease at our first ever SNS tournament. We all played a couple of Xbox Indie games called They Came From The Ground and Hidden in Plain Sight. Ricky played Limbo and Journey, Twitch played some of the glorious Symphony of the Night, and Twitch and Ricky both played Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.


Half-Life 3, Nintendo, and Star Wars? OH MY! What were our first games ever? And what could our longest and most personal discussion on videogames to date be about? You will have to listen to the entire show to find out.

We all go back to Injustice one more time, then transition to Playstation All-Stars: Battle Royale. Twitch professes his newly found love for a little game called Journey, Ricky played through Fallout 3's Mothership Zeta, Michael revisited the GameBoy Advance, and Jimmy joined the 3rd Street Saints. The back end of the show is more of a round-table discussion about several different topics. What developers are either pushing the industry forward or holding it back? What do we think of Pokemon X/Y? ASSASSIN'S CREED: BLOOD DRAGON?

The regulars return to talk Injustice, which leads to a broader discussion on our personal interests in fighting games. Twitch plays Guacamelee, and you should buy that game. We also discuss what the bullet points of the next generation will be and how the current generation has reached a point where almost every game is trying to give you the exact same experience.

This episode starts out strong with half an introduction and about 5 minutes of our reactions to ridiculous science images from the internet. After that, Ricky leads a recap of the Bioshock series that ends in our spoiler-free impressions of Bioshock: Infinite. The rest of the show becomes an all-out spoilerfest of Spec-Ops: The Line, Batman and Robin #18, Drive, and Far Cry 3. All of which are really awesome, but don't worry because I actually removed most of the game-ruining spoilers on Spec-Ops. PLAY THAT GAME.

We are back again, with a steady flow of content this time!


This episode is from a couple weeks back, but is still pretty relevant. The first half hour or so is primarily talk about God of War: Ascension and Mecha Hitler, and there may or may not be a birthday celebration happening in the background. After the second break, we change up the cast a bit with the introduction of a second James and the return of Ricky, who was mysteriously missing from the beginning of the show. From there on out, we hit topics like the original Bioshock, what we want out of a dream game, and Hideo Kojima!

Back with a festering vengeance from a completely unexpected hiatus! This week features the complete returning cast from our first episode as we talk about 2012 in games, and other tangential topics. The pacing this time around is indeed a bit awkward because of the long break, but we do what we can.

This is our first attempt at recording a podcast, so it is a little rough around the edges. The second half of the podcast features a strange audio glitch that comes and goes. The coming weeks will see improvement. Right now, all I want is to get this out there. I might end up posting an updated podcast that is a bit cleaner within the next couple of days.
