Christi is a wealth of knowledge around all things fitness and gave us a lot of insight into NEOU fitness, an On-Demand Fitness App (like the Netflix of fitness) that brings over 1,200 different workouts with some of the best trainers to the comfort of your home. It was a great honor to be able to hear about NEOU, a great service to workout from home while we are all stuck in Quarantine due to COVID-19.
