Tawnie is stepping outside her
comfort zone by taking cold
morning showers and iam
continuing to increase my daily
activity. I had a fun time taking the
ferry out to bainbridge island to
see @gregrunsfar and do my first
@parkrunusa 5k. Set a personal
record walking the 5k in 55'47 so
now I have a benchmark for the
next 5k endeavor. *
I'm motivated to get moving as
often as I can! Hope everyone has
a great week and let us know what
habits you're building these days.
