A Short description of your story

I’ve worked in the music industry for over 25years but lost my Mum rather suddenly a few years ago and it gave me a real kick to make changes in my life. I was in a new relationship and living in London and decided to move to be nearer him, to get out the rat race so relocated to Oxfordshire. Then I fell pregnant and whilst clearing out my Mum’s loft I rediscovered lots of poems my Grandad had written for me when I was little which inspired me to set up Nettlefold – my passion project.

Bio: I use my unique personality, highlighted by passion, empathy, positivity, humility, and genuine love for life and the people in it, to bring stories to life in a way only I can...Authentically Humble, Genuinely Good. Short Description of my story: I've lived a life with many challenges to overcome. I had a rough childhood and had troubles until high school. Moving on to adulthood, I got married and promptly lost my job 3 days after the honeymoon. I wasn't able to find full time employment in my field leading to several different part-time jobs trying to get by. Then, while attending a charity event, I almost cut my leg off in a horrible freak accident. I was given less than 50% chance of saving my leg, then when they were able to, I was told I'd be lucky to walk without a cane. So I dug in and worked 7 days a week in therapy and refused to let that be my outcome (I've essentially now made a full recovery! almost 7 years later). During my recovery I decided to pursue my dream of voice acting and after a lot of hard work and a lot more, I made it! I also started working with an industry leading VO online academy becoming the COO 4 years later and became an industry leader and influencer. Through all of this, I got divorced, leaving me financially troubled and having to move in with my Mom. This lead to a self-discovery, self-love, and spiritual journey took me to Costa Rica and many other cities in the US healing, experiencing life, finding myself again, and learning to love myself. Now I help people by sharing my story, being vulnerable, and giving inspiration and motivation.

Your Bio
I am super passionate about all things related to improving Health, Fitness and Mental Wellbeing and love helping my clients to look and feel their best - mentally and physically.

A Short description of your story
Eleven years ago, I was a stressed-out Mum of three young kids, relying on food, alcohol and cigarettes to "get me through the day". I did not honour or look after myself and was in a job in the Corporate world which did not fulfil me or bring me joy. I worried so much about what people thought of me and was always trying too hard to fit in and get people to like me, often pretending to be someone I was not at my core.
By making necessary changes and moving towards what I was put here on this Earth to do, I am now so happy being me - loving my life, my family, living in gratitude. This is my life work to make others feel the same.

Mindfulness to Success

Mindfulness to Success

In this weeks episode of Everyday Inspirational Podcas I will be speaking to the lovely Aissa

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Aissa and I am a happiness mindset coach and actress. I grew up in Florida and now reside in Los Angeles.
What do I do?
I help entertainers and entrepreneurs build a daily mindset practice that empowers them to live unapologetically. My approach is hands on and athletic. Happiness is a muscle you have to nurture daily. I challenge my clients to show up for themselves consistently. Through the path of their own happiness, my clients reach abundance in their prospective careers and enhance their day-to-day living.

My Bio:
I am the founder of Happy Mindstter, a mindset coaching service for entertainers and entrepreneurs. I have a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Southern California and I am a certified happiness coach. I coach my clients how to retrain their bodies and rewire their brains for positivity by building and committing to a daily mindset practice. I am also an actress with over 10 years of dance experience, thus, I fuse together my knowledge of the entertainment industry and performance with a viable mindset routine to give my clients the ultimate coaching experience. I teach each person to show up for themselves daily so that they can step into the spot light with radiating confidence and unwavering courage. My coaching techniques include manifestation, realization, affirmation meditations, breathwork, letting go of judgment, and mindfulness.
My Story:
I learned through the power of my mind I could change my outer reality. I had to confront my life head on and realize why I was not reaching my goals and it was simply because I was in my own way. I was also unhappy, but didn’t even know it and my mood was literally affecting my health. My body was a prime indicator that things were not aligned. I would get aches and pains doctors eventually all related to stress. When I finally realized the strength my thoughts and mood had over me, I started my mindset journey and over time my life changed for the better. I was finally the conductor of my life. My experience showed me first hand that when you activate within you positive thoughts and emotions you cultivate wellbeing from the inside out.

Your Bio
I’m a narrative coach and work one-to-one with people and in groups, teaching them how to turn their hindering beliefs and limiting personal stories from obstacles into opportunities.
Your story I used to be quite ‘the victim’ in my stories. I thought I was born unlucky and my motto was “why does this always happen to me?” My worldview was pessimistic and lacked hope and joy. Then I learned the power of the stories we tell ourselves and that our beliefs aren’t truths or facts but merely a lens, and we can change our lens, thus our beliefs and then our stories. Now I live a life of happiness, joy, optimism, empowerment and facing obstacles as opportunities.

Life will always present challenges, the key is seeing things as an opportunity for growth that leads you closer to realising your potential, and living a life full of passion and purpose. Often, with hindsight, we realise what the challenges ‘taught’ us. Staying aligned with the true essence of who you came here to be, reclaiming your power, serving others as best you can, are great ways to practice resilience when challenges present themselves in your life.

As I got older, I pushed down this side of me but in 2010 I went through a difficult time and went for a Reiki session. It blew my mind and I decided to become a Reiki practitioner. However, it wasn’t until 2018, when I reached rock bottom, that I started to build a “spiritual toolkit” of meditation, journaling, gratitude and affirmations which was the first step to changing my life. Our experiences and how we react to them mould who we are and, in order to thrive, we need to build our resilience, grit, determination, self-compassion and our intuition so we’re not constantly second guessing ourselves. Your Bio
Short: I am Claudia from Chile living in Scotland for 16 years and I help women to go From Frazzled to Fabulous managing your time more effectively.
Long: I am Claudia, from Chile but living in Edinburgh Scotland for over 16 years. I am a wife, mum of 3 boys, 1 with ASD and 1 severely disabled who needs 24/7 attention, we also have a cat and I was running 2 businesses for a short while, but sadly had to close my first business (Clothing for special needs) at the end of 2018. In 2019 I started to put more focus in this new business, but at first it was more orientated in decluttering to reduce the stress of women at home, but then I realised that more than only decluttering I was helping in getting more time-efficient so my clients could enjoy more “me time” and produce more in less time. I know what is the meaning of juggle things around, without extended family to rely on I have to be super organised in what I do but also know and I also know that life shouldn’t be only stress and overwhelm.
I always make sure that I have time for myself and to be present in the moment that I have to be, enjoying my work, my boys and nurturing myself, and that is what I help my clients to also achieve, clarity, efficiency and joy of life, reducing the stress of daily activities.
Your story
I will be by your side so you feel less Frazzled and more Fabulous through simple and proven methods, I am confident I can help you with any and all of your troubles, helping you to be in control, be more organised and stop procrastinating that leads you to feel frustrated and guilty of not achieving what you need to. You are here to shine and to live and enjoy a fulfilling life, feel empowered, get a happier, healthier life and get you where you want to be.
There is nothing you cannot achieve!
