We strive to instill the education and the mindset in an individuals with the hope that he helps other brothers and sisters in the same manner. Gradually change one individual at a time. IGY6 isn't a cookie cutter firefighter fitness "look at me I workout" organization. Our drive is to be the engine behind the change even if we never receive the accolades for it.
Christine, FDNY EMS:
We are here to not just prepare recruits for their respective academies (FDNY Fire/EMS, NYPD, Corrections, etc) we continue to strive to have those that serve, continue to do so without injury and to live a healthier lifestyle.
