The World is experiencing a spiritual Awakening. We must be aware of what is happening in our physical world and in the unseen dimension. We have an opportunity to change the conversation and leave our next generation with their own set of problems but a new powerful set of principles.

With all that is quickly mounting on most of the people in this world...it is time to put away the quarrel of yesterday. Remember it, forgive it, reprogram your mind to move forward on a level playing for all even if it isn't...it will be better to use the destructive energy to be a positive or constructive person.

I had to begin to choose my mental, spiritual, emotional and physical needs 1st, before I could see the beauty in the experiences of life. Taking time out for me gave me the ability overstand and to give back abundantly to the people I meet. God showed up when i began to put me 1st.

Family Support. Mental Health Awareness. Support the Troops! Show up...especially when its necessary. You shouldn't have to be asked or prompted all the time. Just Show up...Cause is how we do it!

Lack of conversation and misunderstandings leads to a lot of death, failure, and ultimately the demise of our culture. Until we get to the point where we are comfortable having uncomfortable conversations because they're beneficial for the building up of our kingdom, the establishment of family and good values, obtaining real freedom we'll never get to the level that we want. Will never know peace. So if you got something to say Just Say That. Forget figuring out the good time or the right way. Sometimes there is no right time. There is only now...Dont waste my energy or time. Don't use me up so that I'm empty. If its good... say that. If its bad... Just Say That

We disrespect ourselves by allowing ourselves to be mistreated and ignored over and over again. We disrespect each other by not seeing the value in each other as people before money or things...stop the disrespect

What are we committed to doing to keep the people in our lives we say we love? What's important to our S/o ought to be important to us as well.

Change is constant but, I embrace healthy attachments and connections...be they life long or temporary. There is beauty and purpose for both.

Everyone has some good in them. Men in relationships that want to keep them of good quality are good quality themselves...

Being strong and stable in the areas that are important to overall quality of life and relationships.

Monogamy is a lifestyle of continuously learning and growing with your 1 chosen partner... Choose wisely and have patience within your expectations!

Monogamy and Faithfulness are two things that are separate in great deal of men. Men don't know how to be Monogamous. Ancient cultures may be to blame...

We cannot recieve the full blessing of life and hold onto the hurts and wrongs of our past.

Black love is Black Power. We were once connected to a divine and supernatural force that kept us at the center of power, we have lost that connection to each other and the divine...Men need to step up, reconcile, and reconstruct that relationship.

In order to call yourself a Man, one cannot ignore the principles of such a mantle. Manhood requires us to be a firm foundation, a stable beacon and strong tower. Without the mindset of a man, all we have is grown immature boys destroying the fabric of relationships.

Men dont wanna be men. Manhood is a mantle all males cant carry. Women are so important... I cant sit back and watch the men of this world destroy a most important piece of the puzzle.

Men are taught to lie to woman, destroy and degrade. Men arent shown enough the value of sticking by and loving faithfully a good woman. We are all taught to lead with our stuff. We have to as men...especially black/brown men...take our throne back. Ladies we need you to help us see the divine energy god created you to be. There is a standard of Manhood. I'm going to make sure its broadcast far and wide.

Shit happens, life happens. No one should feel less than human because of temporary set backs. The come up is coming, keep the faith, I care! sincerely! Bad things happen to good people. You are not alone and if i can help I will. We have to get to a point where we look at our history build with each other not against each other. Heavy is the crown as a black king, Will you really walk by and ignore my pain or hurt? Especially if you can help... I cant...I hope more men stand with me and agree we have to rebuild our community and our culture starting with us MEN. Shit happens, the clean up has begun!
