#3: Empires Fall
In today's classes, we take a deep dive on the beef between Aba and Preach and Fresh and Fit by extracting several lessons that could help us self-assess ourselves and how we build relationships. For the second half of the podcast, we look into the Top 10 games in Twitch directory and attempt to understand the reasons for their tenure and how their futures look.

Today's classes are Fitness and Twitch. The 1st lecture centers around applying Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's concept of flow to create an effective training regimen for mastering any skill. The 2nd lecture analyzes the declining popularity of "Twitch Thots". Hope you guys enjoy!
