We are going to do a Mental Rehearsal together. "What is a Mental Rehearsal? It is a technique used by athletes. They imagine their game from their perspective as though they are  competing. It's like a mental trial run. For example, you mentally rehearse your run and break down into tiny components, and work on that area.
