By Abigail McDonnell

My name is Abigail and welcome to my podcast 'Alittlegail Asks'! This podcast is all about starting the conversation about mental health! In the following episodes I’ll be talking with some pretty amazing people about their mental health journey and how we should be approaching the issues surrounding mental health. I'll also be talking about my own mental health journey from week to week! I want to get people talking about their mental health and to let them know it’s okay to have these kind of conversations! Hopefully this podcast will help in some way!
Enjoy!
