We've been busy Lee's training and traveling! Over the last few weeks, we've been to the Gentle Art Lifestyle Winter Jiu Jitsu Camp and a Chris Paines seminar. We traveled throughout the Gulf of Mexico on a fantastically relaxing cruise and cornered two young fighters through their novice MMA fights! After the fights, we were talking about different perspectives on the belts we tie our gi's with and kept that conversation going in this week's episode. How do you view the cloth around your waist?

Brittany stepped out into competition for the first time as a blue belt this weekend! She was trying to fly under the radar and not let anyone know she was competing to try and relieve some of the pressure competition brings. What a wild couple of weeks for us! We went to the Gentle Art Lifestyle Fire and Water camps hosted by Josh Janis at Neutral Ground Bayview. The camp was all weekend long and we ingested as much BJJ as possible in two days. There was lots of learning, laughs, new experiences, and all-around great people. This week we decided to go see what it's like to work at a BJJ tournament! Nick was a ref and Brittany was a scorekeeper at Fuji BJJ - Stoughton.
