Abuse of Discretion

FINAL EPISODE. While I have held my Truth in silence, the loud voice of Lies has been allowed to take the stage. And, so it has been for the past five years, and the picture that was painted by the Lies that were told about me was readily accepted as an authentic work of art, and no one cared to scratch beneath the surface of it. And my family and my friends turned their face from me so they could gawk at this incredible masterpiece. And it was a masterpiece indeed, but only a masterpiece of deception, born from a sick mind and a pathological need to cover up the artist's own disfiguration.

Season 1. Episode 11. Four and a half weeks have passed, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, since you coerced me to put the lives of my children in danger, for what you told me was their best interest in contradiction to the facts of this current reality. Because of your abuse of discretion, 22 days out of 33 my little ones have been subjected to the exposure of possible infection by the military-grade bio-engineered viral weapon unleashed upon humanity, or one of its deadly variants, due to an irrational forced socialization in your beloved publicly administered institutions and the demographic therein.

Season 1. Episode 10. Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.   Matthew Thomas, principal of Volta Elementary School, Los Banos Unified School District, Merced County, California, I owe you an apology.   Although, I must admit it is amusing to me that you felt the need to involve the Merced County Sheriff's office for an added touch of theater. What makes you such a coward? How does my commitment to the safety, health, happiness, and well-being of my little ones threaten you? According to the Court that coerced me to place them under your authority, you could only be providing for what is in their best interest. Is that not so? And I stand by every word. And I declared as much to the Deputy who you requested to protect you from me.

Bonus Episode. How the Corrupt World Health Organization Promotes Medical Tyranny Throughout The World. Whatever the WHO was at the beginning, it has been totally subsumed by global actors such as Bill Gates, the Rockefeller Foundation, GAVI, and Big Pharma. As a full-fledged agency of the UN, the WHO is corrupt from top to bottom and totally dedicated to Sustainable Development, aka Technocracy.

Season 1. Episode 9. Another letter to my narcissistic co-parent: Witch's Deadly Brew.  I'm well aware of your emotional limitations as a human being. And, now that you've committed to getting jabbed for the rest of your time on Earth, you have further compromised your own humanity inasmuch as the patent on your genome is now the intellectual property of the manufacturer of your choosing. Is there any wonder they don't want you to mix vaccines? What a proprietary mess it leaves to be battled out in the future for our patent courts to determine between the different pharma corporations which one owns what percentage of your genome!

Season 1. Episode 8. Twenty-one days have passed, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, since you put the lives of my children in danger for the sake of your own covert agenda. Twenty-one days since my faith in your jurisprudence was undermined and my trust in your office was betrayed. Fifteen out of twenty-one days my children, whom you whimsically ripped from the safety of our own private homeschool, have been coerced to be exposed to the deadly variants caused by the vaccinations due to the forced socialization of your beloved publicly administered institutions of traditional education and the demographic therein.

Season 1. Episode 7. Today, we're going to pick up where we left off in our last discussion on the topic of narcissistic emotional abuse for the cathartic purpose of setting the record straight in the name of Holy Truth, Divine Love, and Universal Honor. The murderous Satanic witches that have threatened the lives of my two young children have summoned the blinding Light of the Phoenix Dragon, which now brings all dark corners alight and reveals the secret-ed hiding places where Truth has been concealed for the purpose of deceiving others for years. It is dirty and unwelcomed work for those who would wish to see their Lies stand in the place of Truth until the end of time, but the time of their Lies has ended and now it is time for the Truth to be revealed.  Those of you who have not completed the homework that was assigned to you in "Catharsis" may wish to go back and review that material before proceeding here, as I will not be going over the principles underlying the formation of a narcissistic injury in this session.

Season 1. Episode 6. Seven more days have passed since you perpetrated your unforgivable abuse of discretion against my children and myself after I had foolishly sought sanctuary in your courtroom. I now know that you will not protect a victim of domestic violence but instead, you will reward the domestic violence abuser. You will legitimize their abuse, join in their abuse, increase and prolong their abuse, and believe that you are entitled to do so by virtue of the office that you hold and the job that you were hired to do.

Season 1. Episode 5. For all this time, I have remained silent. I have allowed the abusive, blame-shifting, scapegoat narrative to go unchallenged because it was necessary for me to process my own healing, and because I could honestly care less which lies people choose to believe because it is convenient to them. And, true to my nature, as long as I believed that it was only myself who could be negatively affected by such things, I allowed this false narrative to take the stage in people's minds. But now, you Satanic witches are threatening the lives of my children, and it is clear to me that you will not stop in your sacrificial frenzy. Now, it is the three-fold flame of Holy Truth, Divine Love, and Universal Honor of the Phoenix Dragon which you have summoned to cast a blinding Light upon your wicked deeds of Darkness.

Season 1. Episode 4. Seven days have passed since I foolishly sought sanctuary in your courtroom as a victim of domestic violence, as a victim of emotional abuse, and as a victim of parental alienation. Seven days ago, I still had faith in your jurisprudence, in the mandate of your office, and in your discretion to favor what is in the best interest of the safety, health, and well-being of my two children and so I petitioned your aid because the mother of my children is an abusive, manipulative bully without remorse, without empathy, and without boundaries. For five years I have advocated for my rights as a father in your courtroom, while she has played games with evading service, with not showing up for the appointed times of mediation, and with purposely missing hearings in order to avoid and delay the outcome that she knew would force her to grant visitation time for the children and I.

For all of your time on the bench, I am truly bewildered by your apparent lack of awareness concerning the severity of psychological damage, due to the inherent deeply scarring emotional traumas, suffered by children who are at the mercy of an abusive parent pursuing an agenda of parental alienation, which are even more intensely experienced by special needs children and, in particular, those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Like my son, who was seven when I had my first hearing in your courtroom with a domestic violence victim's advocate at my side, who is now twelve years old and who will not need your opinion in another 5 years or so. I'm not sure how familiar you are with child development, but the damages of parental alienation syndrome incurred by a child from the ages of 7 to 12 can be practically irreversible, and even more so when that child has also been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Bonus Episode: What does the Statue of Safety look like? Is she wearing a covering over her nose and mouth and holding up her social credit vaccination passport? Is she standing at least 6 in front, 6 behind, and 6 on either side from all the other statues? Does her inscription read "Send the meek and the poor to Green Zone isolation camps and keep them away from me."? She is a testament to your fear and servitude.

Season 1. Episode 3. The testimony presented here is the one that I was not permitted to give in the courtroom of Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of CA, on behalf of myself and my family. She informed me that I'd have to pay a lot of money to somebody else in order for her to allow any further testimony from my side, the Petitioner, the protected party, the domestic violence victim.   She then took advantage of the trust I had placed in the Court to protect the safety, health, happiness, and well-being of my two children and demanded that they be removed from the safety of our private home school and returned to the publicly administered institutions of traditional education in accordance with the wishes of the named hostile respondent and documented domestic violence abuser, dismissing my objections concerning the global pandemic, the recent announcement by the CDC that the "vaccines" are ineffective, and the very real danger of death by infection - based on the flimsy statement that it is in their best interest.   She tapped her little wooden hammer and cut the line on my Court Call. As Commissioner, it is her discretion to do so. But it is an ABUSE OF DISCRETION, and in so doing she has summoned the three-fold flame of PHOENIX DRAGON FIRE to bring to Light what she has wickedly done in the Dark.

Season 1. Episode 2: Commissioner Shelly Seymour of Department 7, the Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, you stand accused of abusing the discretion of your office and using your position of power to further your own administrative agenda and to serve your own covert motivations without consideration for the amount of danger or the risk of actual death in which you have frivolously and without explanation placed the lives of my two children.   As a victim of domestic violence, I sought sanctuary in your courtroom and you chose to take advantage of the trust I had placed in you and you took this opportunity to increase, legitimize, and prolong the abuses that my children and I must now continue to suffer at your very own hand, which is upon the gavel.

“Abuse of Discretion” is the true story of misconduct by the Commissioner in the Merced County Family Law Department to award my Domestic Violence Abuser with the very thing for which I had petitioned the court, rather than allow me to homeschool my two children, one of whom has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

I foolishly sought sanctuary in her courtroom for myself and my children from the damaging emotional abuses of my narcissistic co-parent’s juggernaut agenda of parental alienation, only to have my trust betrayed and my faith in the law undermined.

On Friday, August 13th 2021, Commissioner Shelly Seymour, Department 7, Family Law Division, Merced County, Superior Court of California, illicitly stripped me of my parental rights, stole my children’s rights to education outside of the public school system, in the midst of this unprecedented global pandemic, and joined in on the abuses of the party she chose to award.

In so doing, she has put the lives of these little ones of whom I am the sworn protector in grave danger and awoken the three-fold flame of PHOENIX DRAGON FIRE, which burns with the Light of Holy Truth, Divine Love, and Universal Honor, to stand in Prosecution of her demonic acts of Darkness before the Holy Throne of Judgment.

And, so it is.
