Activate God’s Purpose

Activate God’s Purpose

By Sonia Huh

Every person is uniquely created by God, with a divine purpose, plan, blueprint and agenda. God’s divine purpose resides within us. We can discover and activate that purpose if we choose to turn to God and ask Him for His assistance, instruction and direction.

Not The Wisdom Of This Age

Not The Wisdom Of This Age

Proverbs 9:10. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. 1 Corinthians 2:6-10 We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. However, as it is written:
“What no eye has seen,
what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”—
the things God has prepared for those who love him—
these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.
The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. Proverbs 3:13-18. Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed. Colossians 2:2-3. My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Isaiah 5:21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and shrewd in their own sight. Jeremiah 33:3 Call out to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known. Proverbs 24:14 Know that wisdom is such to your soul; if you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off. John 8:12 Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.

Arise Gideon! Arise!

Arise Gideon! Arise!

It’s time for you to stop hiding in the caves and the mountains. It is time for you to face the enemy. It is time to stop the oppression, brutality and suppression! It is time to destroy the locusts! It is time to destroy the altars if Baal and all that come with it! More importantly, it is time to look at your self in the mirror and know that God is talking to you, yes you, valiant and mighty warrior! It’s time to save your people! Arise Gideon! Arise! Judges Chapter 6. Verses 7-15 —7 When the Israelites cried out to the Lord because of Midian, 8 he sent them a prophet, who said, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I brought you up out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 9 I rescued you from the hand of the Egyptians. And I delivered you from the hand of all your oppressors; I drove them out before you and gave you their land. 10 I said to you, ‘I am the Lord your God; do not worship the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you live.’ But you have not listened to me.”

11 The angel of the Lord came and sat down under the oak in Ophrah that belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, where his son Gideon was threshing wheat in a winepress to keep it from the Midianites. 12 When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.”

13 “Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied, “but if the Lord is with us, why has all this happened to us? Where are all his wonders that our ancestors told us about when they said, ‘Did not the Lord bring us up out of Egypt?’ But now the Lord has abandoned us and given us into the hand of Midian.”

14 The Lord turned to him and said, “Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian’s hand. Am I not sending you?”

15 “Pardon me, my lord,” Gideon replied, “but how can I save Israel? My clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my family.”

When God Permits The Darkness

When God Permits The Darkness

It is not always, Sin, Satan and family bloodlines and patterns that will bring darkness, chaos and havoc into a man’s or woman’s life. Sometimes, God permits the darkness for reasons and a purpose best known to Him. He will permit it and allow it to stay for a season and a reason. It is not to punish us, although it will feel like that, but because there is a deeper meaning to and for the darkness and chaos, which we cannot even begin to fathom or comprehend. -Proverbs 16:4 “The Lord hath made all things for himself, yea even the wicked for the day of evil.” Yes, I hate to say it, difficult to digest, but even evil can be an instrument in the hand of God. —2 Corinthians 12:7 “Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me.” Paul did NOT have a thorn in his flesh, he was GIVEN the thorn. Sometimes God will remove His hedge of protection not to kill us but to protect us from ourselves. He will use the darkness, the thorns, the messengers of Satan, send the storm and chaos, if and when He pleases, and how He sees fit for our own good. He gives Satan power over our lives, for a moment and a season. —Job 1:12 “The LORD said to Satan, “Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but not the man himself do not lay a finger on him.” What does one do, what can one do, when God in His Sovereignty permits Satan to unleash wicked havoc in our lives? Will we still love God? What do we do, what should we do, in such anguishing moments? -Job 1:22 In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.” Yes, he spoke out in his pain. -Job 7:11 “Therefore, I will not keep silent; I will speak out in the anguish of my spirit, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul…” Why? —Job 6:4 “The arrows of the Almighty are in me, my spirit drinks in their poison; God’s terrors are marshaled against me.” —Job 16:12 All was well with me, but he shattered me; he seized me by the neck and crushed me.” —Job 19:10 He tears me down on every side till I am gone; he uproots my hope like a tree. His anger burns against me;…” —Job 30-19:21 He throws me into the mud, and I am reduced to dust and ashes. I stand up, but you merely look at me. You turn on me ruthlessly; with the night of your hand you attack me.” What do you do when God turns on you and you don’t know why? Who should you turn to? HIM. —Job 19:25-27 “I know that my redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand on the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see him with my own eyes — I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me.” Even when Job realized that God permitted the darkness, he still yearned for Him. And in the end he saw Him. —Job 42:5 “My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you.” In the end, Job Chapter 42, he ended up getting twice more than he possessed before the darkness God had permitted in his life. What darkness has God permitted in your life? Why? The answer is different for each of us, but one thing remains the same. If we stay with Him and look up to Him in the darkness, WE WILL SEE HIM.

The Mordecai Effect

The Mordecai Effect

Who would Esther be without Mordecai? Where would Esther be without Mordecai? There are so many teachings about Esther. It’s always about Esther. However, would she have even existed without Mordecai? Would she have made, from the eunuch Hegai gatekeeper to the king’s harem, to the palace to become the queen? Would Esther have had the courage and level headedness to declare, “if I perish, I perish?” We have not given the honor that is due to Mordecai. He was the foundation, the anchor, the strength, wisdom and courage that raised and groomed Esther, imparting into her precision, skillful communication, character, discernment and quiet but effective power. Mordecai raised a child who became the woman who saved a nation. He was watchful, strategic, caring, fearless, God-confident and immovable. The Book of Esther itself ends with praising and celebrating Mordecai and not Esther. To all the Mordecai’s out there, please rise up. Please stand up. We need you!

Who And What Are You Drunk With?

Who And What Are You Drunk With?

You can be drunk with God’s Spirit and be complete, or, you can be drunk with the spirits and systems of this world and be deplete. You can be drunk with prayer, kindness, courage and strength, and build, or be drunk with bitterness, anger, envy, jealousy and meanness and destroy. You can be drunk with the power and gifts of God, or, drunk with failure and rejection. What you are drunk with, who you are drunk with, can cripple you or raise you up. Will you languish, be limited and barren in drunkenness or will you thrive, break the ceiling and bear fruit? Depends on who and what you choose to be dunk in and with. Will you be drunk with self-pity or drunk with selflessness? What and who will your drunkenness give birth to? Who and what will your drunkenness produce? Who and what will your drunkenness produce? When you read, 1 Samuel Chapter 1, Hannah, made it clear that her seeming drunkenness was actually her prayer of anguish and grief to God to bless her with a son and God did it for her. What is your anguish and grief? What is your state of barrenness? Will you be drunk in God and allow Him fulfill you, or will you rely on someone else, something else, to be drunk in, and become unfulfilled?

Put That Mocking Spirit To Shame

Put That Mocking Spirit To Shame

Do NOT allow a mocking spirit to make you weak and hopeless. Do NOT permit mocking spirits to cripple you. Do NOT give their contempt, mockery, scoffing, caustic and scathing words license to pull you apart. Do NOT give power to their disdainful and disparaging words to pull you down and keep you down. Be defiant. Do NOT give room to their twisted methods of trying to make you a caricature because of their own insecurities. Do NOT become victim to a mocking spirit otherwise you, your life and dreams will crumble. Defy that spirit and create. Defy that spirit and build! Nehemiah Chapter 4 - When Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became angry and was greatly incensed. He ridiculed the Jews, 2 and in the presence of his associates and the army of Samaria, he said, “What are those feeble Jews doing? Will they restore their wall? Will they offer sacrifices? Will they finish in a day? Can they bring the stones back to life from those heaps of rubble—burned as they are?
3 Tobiah the Ammonite, who was at his side, said, “What they are building—even a fox climbing up on it would break down their wall of stones!”

4 Hear us, our God, for we are despised. Turn their insults back on their own heads. Give them over as plunder in a land of captivity. 5 Do not cover up their guilt or blot out their sins from your sight, for they have thrown insults in the face of the builders.

6 So we rebuilt the wall till all of it reached half its height, for the people worked with all their heart.

7 But when Sanballat, Tobiah, the Arabs, the Ammonites and the people of Ashdod heard that the repairs to Jerusalem’s walls had gone ahead and that the gaps were being closed, they were very angry. 8 They all plotted together to come and fight against Jerusalem and stir up trouble against it. 9 But we prayed to our God and posted a guard day and night to meet this threat.

10 Meanwhile, the people in Judah said, “The strength of the laborers is giving out, and there is so much rubble that we cannot rebuild the wall.”

11 Also our enemies said, “Before they know it or see us, we will be right there among them and will kill them and put an end to the work.”

12 Then the Jews who lived near them came and told us ten times over, “Wherever you turn, they will attack us.”

13 Therefore I stationed some of the people behind the lowest points of the wall at the exposed places, posting them by families, with their swords, spears and bows. 14 After I looked things over, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, “Don’t be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your families, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.”

15 When our enemies heard that we were aware of their plot and that God had frustrated it, we all returned to the wall, each to our own work.

16 From that day on, half of my men did the work, while the other half were equipped with spears, shields, bows and armor. The officers posted themselves behind all the people of Judah 17 who were building the wall. Those who carried materials did their work with one hand and held a weapon in the other, 18 and each of the builders wore his sword at his side as he worked. But the man who sounded the trumpet stayed with me.

19 Then I said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, “The work is extensive and spread out, and we are widely separated from each other along the wall. 20 Wherever you hear the sound of the trumpet, join us there. Our God will fight for us!”

21 So we continued the work with half the men holding spears, from the first light of dawn till the stars came out. 22 At that time I also said to the people, “Have every man and his helper stay inside Jerusalem at night, so they can serve us as guards by night and as workers by day.” 23 Neither I nor my brothers nor my men nor the guards with me took off our clothes; each had his weapon, even when he went for water.

The Price Is Too High!

The Price Is Too High!

Do not bow to things, people, situations, trends, influencers and circumstances that will cause you to completely re-arrange and exchange your God-given identity. Do not exchange your soul for temporary validation, so-called greatness, so-called success, and the pleasures of the systems of this world. “There is a way that seems right to a man, but it’s end is the way of death.” Psalm14:12 It is better to be cancelled by the systems of this world than to be cancelled by God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit. If you are going to bow and imitate anyone, bow and imitate God. If you are going to worship anyone, worship the One who gave Himself up for you! “Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” -Ephesians 5:1-2. Many situations, circumstances, people and events take place, and will take place, to influence or force us to bow, but at what cost? At what price? Many want us to bow and dance to their music but I tell you, don’t, because the price is too high! “Now when you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipe and all kinds of music, if you are ready to fall down and worship the image I made, very good. But if you do not worship it, you will be thrown immediately into a blazing furnace. Then what god will be able to rescue you from my hand?” Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to him, “King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us from your Majesty’s hand. But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.” -Daniel 3:15-18. The Power We Need

The Power We Need

2 Timothy 1:7 - For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. Do you live a fear filled life? Acts 1:8 - But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. We all need real, authentic power! 1 Corinthians 6:14 — And God raised the Lord and will also raise us by his power. 2Corinthians 12:9 — But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Isaiah 40:29-31 — He gives power to the faint, and him who has no might he increases strength. Luke 24:49 — And behold, I am sending you the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high. We look to so many places, and look up to so many people, for power, when the life saving, delivering and saving power of God is freely available to us! People can only give you but so much power. You can only give yourself limited power. God’s power is matchless. That, is the power we need to survive our world and what’s coming. We need sustaining power. Power that protects. Power that heals. Power that guides us with our best interest at heart. We need God’s Power!

Who Is Your Guardian?

Who Is Your Guardian?

In these extremely dark and perilous times who is guarding you? Who is watching over your loved ones and all that concerns and pertains to you? Who or what do you look up to, or depend on, for your security? Who can you trust? What can you trust? Psalm 121, says. “I lift up my eyes to the mountains - where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of Heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel (put your own name here), will neither slumber nor sleep. The LORD watches over you - the LORD is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The LORD will keep you from all harm - he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. It’s time to trust God and to look up to Him! You need power beyond your humanity, degrees and know-how. You need power that is stronger than evil and darkness. You need power that can sustain you and your loved ones, as we watch the systems of the world collapse, one after another.

Strength!

Strength!

Isaiah 41:10. Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous hand. 1Chronicles 16:11. Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually! Isaiah 40:29. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Psalm 46:1. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Matthew 11:28. Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Ephesians 3:16 That according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being…. Psalm 27:14. Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord! Ephesians 6:10. Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. John 16:33. I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

He Will Meet You Where You Are

He Will Meet You Where You Are

JOHN 4:4-15. So Jesus left the Judean countryside and went back to Galilee.

4-6 To get there, he had to pass through Samaria. He came into Sychar, a Samaritan village that bordered the field Jacob had given his son Joseph. Jacob’s well was still there. Jesus, worn out by the trip, sat down at the well. It was noon.

7-8 A woman, a Samaritan, came to draw water. Jesus said, “Would you give me a drink of water?” (His disciples had gone to the village to buy food for lunch.)

9 The Samaritan woman, taken aback, asked, “How come you, a Jew, are asking me, a Samaritan woman, for a drink?” (Jews in those days wouldn’t be caught dead talking to Samaritans.)

10 Jesus answered, “If you knew the generosity of God and who I am, you would be asking me for a drink, and I would give you fresh, living water.”

11-12 The woman said, “Sir, you don’t even have a bucket to draw with, and this well is deep. So how are you going to get this ‘living water’? Are you a better man than our ancestor Jacob, who dug this well and drank from it, he and his sons and livestock, and passed it down to us?”

13-14 Jesus said, “Everyone who drinks this water will get thirsty again and again. Anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirst—not ever. The water I give will be an artesian spring within, gushing fountains of endless life.”

15 The woman said, “Sir, give me this water so I won’t ever get thirsty, won’t ever have to come back to this well again!” ***CORRECTION: Two fish and five loaves. Please read. John 6:8-13

Take Courage!

Take Courage!

“Courage is the choice and willingness to confront agony, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation.”. -Wikipedia “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” -Joshua 1:9. “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.” -2Timothy 1:7. “Wait for the LORD; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the LORD!” -Psalm 27:14. “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” -Proverbs 3:5-6. “He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the LORD.” -Psalm 112:7 “I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.” -Psalm 16:8. Courage is, “the ability to do something that frightens one.” Courage is, “strength in the face of pain or grief.” -Definitions from Oxford Languages. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” -Isaiah 41:10. “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.” Ephesians 6:10

Ordered Steps. Go Deeper.

Ordered Steps. Go Deeper.

It’s time for you to go deeper, search deeper, see deeper and hear deeper. I dare you to recognize and see who you truly are. I dare you to truly function in the way you were built by God and in God. I dare you. Take that step. This is not the time to fit into the systems of the world. This is not the time to be dumbed down by the systems of the world. This is the time to go back to, to come back to, your Creator God, and discover, recognize, comprehend and embrace who He says you are. This is not the time to follow the crowd. What has that done for you? What have people’s agenda, or, your own agenda, done for you? Get into God’s agenda, experience, know, see and understand the difference. You deserve to experience God ordering your footsteps. He deliberately chose to create you. It means He has a deliberate plan and blueprint for you. What are they? You owe it to your precious soul to find out. You owe it to yourself. Don’t deny yourself, that beautiful truth.

While You Are Asking Why

While You Are Asking Why

God never promised that we would not go through pain, agony, tragedy, trauma and confusion. BUT, HE DID PROMISE, to go through it all, with us, BECAUSE WE ARE HIS CHILDREN, HIS CREATION! “But now, this is what the LORD says - he who created you, Jacob, (put your own name there), he who formed you, Israel, (put your own name there), Do not fear, for I have remembered you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze…..Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you…” Isaiah 43:1-4. There is always a reason why we are going through what we are going through, but our attitude while we go through, will determine how we come out of our troubles and how our battles will end. “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” -James 1:2-4. While we are asking why, about our tragedy, grief, disappointments, pain and agony, God is using them, if we permit Him to do so, to chasten, sharpen and mould us into a much, much better versions of ourselves - the image of God, Himself. It hurts but the fire needs to burn away the bad roots, the river and the floods have to wash off and carry away what has become rotten within us. So, hang on my brother and my sister, let us allow the trials to do their work in us. Let us have faith, and mature in the fire, rivers and floods, and come out of it as pure gold. It will end, we will heal, and we will better after it, better than the way we got into it. Refined. So while we ask why, in our agony and confusion, let’s not lose hope, but keep our eyes, ears, minds, hearts, spirits, emotions and bodies, set and fixed on God.

Cancelled But Worthy!

Cancelled But Worthy!

In a world where people actually feel entitled to what they call, “CANCEL”, other human beings, where will people go with their torment and desperate problems? Canceled, because you spoke the truth. Canceled, because someone doesn’t like the way you look. Canceled, because of where you were born. Canceled, because you don’t speak the same dialect. Canceled, because you look different. Canceled, because you don’t meet someone’s so called standards. Canceled, because someone decides not to like you! Well, all of us might as well be canceled! Thank God, that Jesus does not think the way we do. Thank God, Jesus has compassion and mercy overflowing. Thank God, Jesus does not cancel anybody, instead, He came and died for us and rose again to secure us and make us complete. So, wherever you’ve been, whatever you’ve done, whatever has been said and conclusions have been drawn, study and follow the example of the Canaanite woman in, Matthew 15: 21-28. Bring your desperate requests to Jesus. Push through and give room to Jesus to answer your requests. Yes, you are good enough and no cancellation from any man or woman or culture and tradition can disqualify you. They did not give you a soul, Jesus did, and He cares for you. He is The Answer to your desperate problems. This woman set the example, and Jesus used her to teach a lesson to “cancelers”and demonstrate to her His mercy - the kind that only He can give. Forget the naysayers and look up to Jesus. Bring your request. You don’t have to wait until December 2021 ending or New Year 2022 beginning. Do it now. “Jesus gave in. “Oh, woman, your faith is something else. What you want is what you get!” Right then her daughter became well. -Matthew 15:28. Her desperate request was to see her daughter delivered. Society had cancelled her, but that did not stop her from getting, or stop Jesus from giving her, her miracle. How desperate are you? Men and women canceled her but Jesus found her worthy.

Do Not Become A Wasteland

Do Not Become A Wasteland

Barren. Fruitless. Dry. Rejected. Wasteland. Not delightful. Desert. Abandoned. Wilderness. Badlands. Emptiness. Masks. Facades. Arid. Pillar of Salt. None of these words or phrases should have to describe our future or our destinies. God is telling us to look ahead, look forward, look into the land that is milk and honey, not look back to what has the appearance gold but it’s really all just glitter and no substance. God does not want us to look back to the ashes but to look forward to the beauty we gain in and through Him. He wants us to look forward to the fulfillment of life in Him and with Him, and the future only He can provide for us. Who were you? Who are you? Who are you going to become? Let your latter life become greater than your former life. What’s done is done, put it behind you and walk through the new door that God has opened for you. A door that will take you from glory to glory, splendor to splendor. Will there be giants? Yes. Will there be challenges? Yes. Will there be troubles?Yes. But, will God be right there with you, ensuring your victory? YES. You cannot look back and look forward at the same time. You have to choose one. It’s a deliberate choice. When you choose God, through Jesus, here’s what you become. Delightful. Prosperous. Fruitful. Not forsaken. Not barren. Not desolate. Not dry. Not rejected. Not abandoned. Not empty. Chosen. Peaceful. Steady. Calm. Rejoicing. A splendor. A royal diadem. Read, Isaiah Chapters, 61 and 62, and you will comprehend. You will know that God will vindicate you, restore you and rebuild your ruins, never leaving you, as you hold on to Him. You will see your value in Him. He will give you a new name, and you will gain the power to drop the names and labels you have acquired along the way. God wants to give you a new beginning. Take it and don’t look back. God is giving you a new chance, a new opportunity. Take them and look ahead. Don’t turn back. Don’t become a pillar of salt. Don’t become a wasteland.

Irreplaceable Gift

Irreplaceable Gift

Come 2022, and beyond, there are gifts that you will need, gifts that you will be searching for, the kind that only God can provide. You’ll be searching for love, true intimacy, true friendships, honest people. You will be looking for gifts that really matter to the heart, mind, soul and spirit - gifts that are irreplaceable. Gifts that bring salvation, deliverance, liberty, freedom, peace, love, joy and understanding. Gifts that will take a type of sacrifice borne only from unconditional love. Do you know of anyone on this Earth, who will lay down his or her life for you? “But God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” -Romans 5:8. The things that you believe in, the things that you have acquired, do they still leave you hungry and thirsty; empty? Are you worried about your future or where you will end up? “I am the live Bread that came down from Heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he will live forever.” -John 6:51. Are you feeling confused and lost? “For the son of man came to seek and save to save the lost.” -Luke 19-10. What does your personal world look like? Is it surrounded in darkness? “Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” -John 8:12. Where, in what, and in who, is your faith in? “Waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and savior Jesus Christ.” -Titus 2:13. Is everything, everyone, around you constantly changing? “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” -Hebrews 13:8. What type of people do you follow? Who do you idolize or look up to? Will they, can they, lay their life down for you? “I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” -John 10:11. Are you searching for true peace? “Jesus said to her, “I have said these things to you that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” —John 16:33. Do you need salvation? “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under Heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” -Acts4:12. As we celebrate Christmas, and as the New Year rolls in, I pray that as many as will, will receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. For He is The Irreplaceable Gift to Mankind. He is the gift of peace, love and salvation, that we are searching for. He is not hidden. He is right where you are. “Because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” -Romans 10:9. Nothing, no one, can replace the offering and sacrifice of Jesus. “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” -1 Timothy 2:5.

Be A Gift

Be A Gift

Have you ever thought of yourself as a gift? Have you ever dreamt, thought or envisioned you become a gift to humanity? It’s quite difficult to wrap our minds around that. It’s quite humbling, actually. Yet, it is so powerful! Why? It is the realization, the magnificent and enlightened knowledge of our potential, who and who we can become. It is an eye-opener, the kind that makes us walk in the revelation of WHO created us, WHO formed us and WHO took the time, to breathe His BREATH into us. It is powerful because you begin to understand that you are indeed a gift of God, to the world, and that you CAN function in the divine capacity of that gift, and as that gift, and be a blessing of God, upon this Earth. “God spoke: “Let us make human beings in our image, make them reflecting our nature so they can be responsible for the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the cattle, And, yes, Earth itself, and every animal that moves on the face of Earth.” God created human beings; he created them godlike, Reflecting God’s nature.” -Genesis 1:26-27. It is most powerful, when you really embrace WHOSE nature and likeness you are created in, and the reason WHY HE CHOSE to create you, and bring you into this world, as a gift. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” -Ephesians 2:10. Be the gift that you are. The world awaits you, and even YOU awaits you!

Broken Heart Crushed Spirit Stay Alive!

Broken Heart Crushed Spirit Stay Alive!

“My spirit is broken, my days are extinguished, The grave is ready for me.”-Job 17:1. Sadly, unfortunately, this is how millions of us are feeling. We have given up, and we just want to die; we just want the grave to pull us in and swallow us. Our world, our experiences, have given us bitter food and sour vinegar to drink, and we cannot take the pain anymore. There are millions who want, in fact, who invite, that one last breath. But deep down, that’s not what they really want. They just want the pain to go away! And it can, yes it will, if you just yield your spirit, heart, soul, mind and body, to God’s Holy Spirit to touch you and heal you, and to breathe new life into you. “He heals the broken-hearted And binds up their wounds.”-Psalm 147:3. Healing is available for you. Supernatural healing. Look up to God, not around, for man! Bring your wounds to God. He knows how to take them away. Don’t succumb to the invitation of the grave. Your time is not up. Live! Live! Live!

Let Us Stop The Stealing Cycle

Let Us Stop The Stealing Cycle

We need to face some very tough, uncomfortable and painful questions, if we don’t want to live a life destroyed by our own hands, or by the hands of others. We also don’t want to live a life where we are responsible for destroying another human life. Do you want to be responsible for stealing from another person’s life, soul, spirit, mind and body? Do you want to be responsible for allowing someone to do the same to your life, soul, spirit, mind and body? What is the value of your life to you, and what is the value of another person’s life to you? What do you live for? Who do you live for? Why are you here? What kind of human are you? Who is stealing from you? Who are you stealing from? Are you depriving yourself, and are you depriving others? There is a better way to live. “Therefore Jesus said again, Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” -John 10:7-10. Better to be sheep to, and of Jesus, eating the pasture He provides, going in and out in true freedom, than to be a goat with no Jesus-pasture, trapped in real darkness and lies. Let’s stop this cycle of stealing from our own lives and from the lives of others. Let’s stop this cycle of permitting others to steal from us. Where has this cycle of stealing gotten us? Nowhere. Nowhere, at all.

The Intentional Soul

The Intentional Soul

What are you intentional about? Things that matter or things that don’t matter? What, who do you intentionally pursue? Things that will pull you down and will only last for a fleeting moment? Who are you intentional about? People that will fail you and not live up to your expectations? What is your focus in life? What does your life mean to you? Are you feeding your soul, mind and spirit with things that are eternal or things that will perish? Are you intentional about coming closer to your Creator God, or running the other direction, toward things and people that will not bring you healing, salvation or deliverance? You have to choose, you cannot have it both ways. I urge you to be intentional about God, about Jesus and about the Holy Spirit. It is They, who gave us life. “The Spirit of God has made me, and breath of the Almighty gives me life.”-Job 33:4. Why don’t you become intentional about The One Who has a Divine Plan for you, The One Who knew you, before you were formed in your mother’s womb? “All things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.” -John 1:3. You see, God has put eternity in our hearts. Nothing else, no one else, can fill that space, so turn around, and be intentional about pursuing God, and the things that matter to Him. Your best life ever lived will be the life lived in intentionally pursuing God. Do it! Every second, minute, hour, day, week, month and year, pursue God!

Give Your Rejection To God And Create!

Give Your Rejection To God And Create!

Don’t wallow and soak your precious life in self-pity, distress, misery, agony and thoughts of suicide! No! Do you know how much you are loved? DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH GOD LOVES YOU? He will never leave you nor forsake you. “The LORD is near to the broken-hearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” -Psalm 34:18. Talk to God right now and hand over every rejection you have ever experienced and watch Him turn that into creative power inside you! He will heal you, if you let Him. “He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds.” - Psalm 147:3. Think about it. Who can or will really help and heal you? They have their own hurts and heartaches to deal with. They too are experiencing rejection. “Reproach has broken my heart and I am so sick. And I looked for sympathy, but there was none, and for comforters, but I found none.” -Psalm 69:20. Allow God to turn the agony of rejection, into creative power and healing power! “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners.” Isaiah 61:1. Ask yourself, “what would I rather become? Someone who lives everyday in rejection, or someone who uses rejection to create, build, liberate, love, heal and comfort?” It’s up to you, dear friend, dear brother, dear sister. It’s up to you.

What Do You Want Done?

What Do You Want Done?

What is your condition? What is your situation? What circumstances do you find yourself in? How can you make things better? Who can you, should you, turn to, to make your life whole again? “Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus. “What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked him. The blind man said, “Rabbi, I want to see.” “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.” -Mark 10:50-52. I pray you know that Jesus is for you and with you, not against you, not to judge and condemn you, but to have mercy, heal you, and make you whole again, immediately. Yes, immediately! Have faith. Believe and be healed.

Restore Your Soul

Restore Your Soul

Who or what has captured and emptied out your soul? Who has tampered with your soul? More explicitly, who and what have you allowed to damage your soul? Do you know that your soul can be restored? “He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. -Psalm 23:3. You are alive. Life is not over for you. Ask God for his restoration. Ask Jesus for living water. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you! Stay alive! Be restored!

Erase Your Confusion

Erase Your Confusion

You don’t need any more confusion. You deserve better. The world does not need any more confusion. We are worth more than that. So what is the answer to all of our confusion? Where can we find peace of mind and direction? Where can we find the answers that will uplift, keep, guide, protect and sustain us all? “Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.” -John 6:35. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good, acceptable and perfect.” -Romans 12:2. “So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.” -Psalm 90:12. Dear friend, in this time of your confusion, in this age where many don’t know who or what to turn to for sustainable answers, let’s turn back to God our Creator and Source, to renew our minds and transform us. After all, how much has conforming to the system of the world really helped us? Let’s be honest to ourselves, and love ourselves enough to live life, God’s Way.

A Reminder And Real Truth

“Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me…” John 14:6 Which way are you following? Which path are you going down? What are the outcomes? Are the things that appear true in your life true? Are the things that appear alive in your life- giving? Can you really depend on, and hold on to, what appears to be the way, the truth and the life, in your life? Are things and people around you covered with truth or shrouded with lies? Find out. You ought to find out.

Audacity Of The Uninvited

Audacity Of The Uninvited

“A woman in that town who lived a sinful life learned that Jesus was eating at the Pharisee’s house, so she came there with an alabaster jar of perfume. As she stood behind him at his feet weeping, she began to wet his feet with her tears. Then she wiped them with her hair, kissed them and poured perfume on them.” Luke 7:36-38 Somehow, this woman knew that Jesus would not reject her, even though all in town had. Somehow she knew that while they rejected her, Jesus would embrace her. This woman had faith that Jesus would love her unconditionally, that he would not belittle her or crush her, or treat her like her life had been a complete waste. She was not invited to dinner, but she had the audacity to enter the house and go to the table, to where Jesus was seated. Whoever you are, wherever you’ve been, whatever you’ve done, will you have the same audacity and take the same step she took? Man may see you as unworthy and will not invite you, but Jesus is the invitation from God himself, waiting for you to receive peace, salvation, redemption, and unconditional love - the kind that only he can give you. You are invited, take the step and receive your invitation.

Who And What Are You Touching?

Who And What Are You Touching?

Who, and what, are you touching? How has that worked for you? Are you fulfilled? Did it, does it, bring you spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing, wholeness and completion? “And Jesus insisted, “Someone touched me, I felt power discharging from me.” When the woman realized that she couldn’t remain hidden, she knelt trembling before him. In front of all the people, she blurted out her story - why she touched him and how at that same moment she was healed. Jesus said, “Daughter, you took a risk trusting me, and now you are healed and whole. Live well, live blessed!” Luke 8-46:48 We reach out and touch all kinds of people and things, searching for long lasting joy, love, peace and healing, but it’s not working and we know it! How long can we, should we, continue like that? All kinds of people are imparting all kinds of things into our lives, but we need the one true, genuine and authentic impartation, that will make us whole again. You are fearfully, wonderfully, and marvelously made, and you deserve a genuine, authentic and true touch. You need the touch of Jesus. The kind that only He can give. You deserve to live a complete, whole and fulfilled life. Take the risk and touch Jesus.

Beyond The Wisdom Of Man

Beyond The Wisdom Of Man

There is a wisdom that is ancient, filled with divine purpose, which only God can give, through and by His Holy Spirit. “The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.” - 1Corinthians 2:10-12 Philosophers of this new age, of this present time, do not want us to know about, or, to acquire, the wisdom of God. They don’t want us to pursue and gain revelations from the wisdom of God because it will be a loss to them. They are afraid of it because, how will they become rich, how will they become powerful and popular, who will follow them, if we all gained God’s wisdom? That’s all they care about, not your soul, spirit, heart or wellbeing. God wants you to know about and walk in His wisdom. “We, of course, have plenty of wisdom to pass on to you once you get your feet on firm spiritual ground, but it’s not popular wisdom, the fashionable wisdom of high-priced experts that will be out-of-date in a year or so. God’s wisdom is something mysterious that goes deep into the interior of his purposes. You don’t find it lying around on the surface. It’s not the latest message, but more like the oldest - what God determined as the way to bring out his best in us, long before we ever arrived on the scene. The experts of our day haven’t a clue about what this eternal plan is.” - 1 Corinthians 2:6-8 The experts have no clue. We, our world, needs the ancient wisdom of God, not the wisdom of the world. We need the Holy Spirit of God and not the spirit of this world. Don’t be fooled by theatrics, trends, fashions, flashiness and ever changing falsehood and pretense. The Gospel of Jesus Christ never changes. It is rolled out ancient wisdom that is filled with divine purpose for you and I; it is not wishy washy and will always remain the same, no matter what. Allow Him and His Gospel, by His Holy Spirit, to fill you, and turn away from the spirit of this world, and the so-called wisdom of Man. Be wise my brother. Be wise my sister. Ancient, solid, unchanging ancient wisdom awaits you with love.

Before Time Began Divine Purpose Knew

Before Time Began Divine Purpose Knew

“You are the light of the world - like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your Heavenly Father.” -Matthew 5:14-16 (NLT) Before time began, there was a divine plan, blueprint, purpose and agenda, in place, just for you. Did you know that? Divine Purpose within you knows that, but do you? That’s the question. Don’t you ever wonder what the full realization and manifestation of being the creation and offspring of God would be and feel like? You should. It’s one thing knowing it’s possible, it’s another thing living and walking in it. Will you take the time to find out and discover what Divine Purpose knows about you that you don’t know about yourself? Or, are you going to hide forever, under a bushel, and not be the light that shines?

If You Understand This

If You Understand This

“I returned and saw under the sun, that the race is not for the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happens to them all.” -Ecclesiastes 9:11 (KJV) God’s Divine Purpose does not require you to chase after fame, stages, platforms, limelight and greatness. It is not entertainment! God’s Divine Purpose in you is already great and will make a way for you, one that you cannot even begin to imagine. Understand this, stay focused on God, give Him your attention. Allow Him to teach, groom and school you, so that you are fully ready and properly prepared, for when divine time, chance and opportunity show up in your life!

What Is Your Name?

“For you created my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” -Psalm 139:13-14 Who do you say you are? Who do people say that you are? What name have you called yourself? What name do people know you by? There is the name you have called yourself by and there are the names people have given you, but more importantly, what name does God call you by? What name has He given to just you? Find out.

Tears Beyond Gold

Tears Beyond Gold

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” -Isaiah 43:2 Where was God, when the storms of life lashed out their vicious waves against you? Where was He when you lost your loved one(s), when you lost your job, when trauma hit, when you were violated and abused? Where was He when you meticulously planned your life and then suddenly, it all completely fell apart? Should we remain bitter, angry, lashing out at others because of our own pain and agony, or is there power to heal us to do good and not pay evil for evil? Is it possible to transcend our suffering, pain and agony, to cry our tears, and still do good to and for our world? Can our tears of agony, bring peace, patience, joy and love? Cry, weep, but don’t remain in the dark, paralyzing trap of pain, anger and bitterness. Rise to the occasion and heal, and as you do so, shine God’s light, love and peace to others, that they too, can experience healing, Allow your tears to spread love, not pain. Allow your tears to build, not damage.

Divine Purpose Will Not Settle For Less

Divine Purpose Will Not Settle For Less

How does one describe divine purpose that will not settle for less and how it yearns only for God it’s Creator? With what words does one even begin to use to explain what it is like when one discovers that divine purpose lies within him or her, and not in man-made ideologies, intellect, philosophies, traditions. Divine purpose does not lie in human wisdom; it was not created by human thought or hands, but by the Creator, God, of Heaven and Earth. Divine purpose yields to God and not to man or the things of this world. You have to experience God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit to discover, embrace and function, in divine purpose. Nothing else will do because it will not settle for less. You, are chosen. You were built with, and you carry, divine purpose. You will not find it out, it’s within you and it craves to give God glory, to bless you and to make you a blessing to others. Stop fighting it. It will not settle for less. God has a hope and a divine plan and agenda for you. Divine purpose knows why it’s here, do you know why you are here?

Hope That Shakes Heaven

Hope That Shakes Heaven

Did you know that God has a future and a hope for each and every one of us? He is sure about that hope and knows how to bring it to pass. He knows how to make it happen. But do we want God’s hope for our lives or are we looking in other places for hope of a better life? Waiting for God is not the easiest thing to do but when you do, you challenge God and you shake Heaven. The results are beyond your imagination. Be encouraged. Wait on God. Put all your hope, faith and trust in Him. Give Him no rest. He will not disappoint. He will not put you to shame. “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” - Jeremiah 29:11 There is a future for you, a bright one. “Surely there is a future, and your hope will not be cut off.” Proverbs 23:18 Just be strong and wait for God. “Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the LORD!” Psalm 31:24. Shake Heaven by putting your hope exclusively on God. Give Heaven no rest with your hope until God answers you. Be unyielding, resist giving up, use hope as a weapon to make your dreams come true!

Stop Resisting The Holy Spirit

Stop Resisting The Holy Spirit

Who are we? Why are we here? What have we become? Who should we be? What have done to our world? We need help, fast! If we want to understand who we truly are, if we want to know God, we need the Holy Spirit. “For who knows a person’s thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:11. The Holy Spirit of God, Who knows God, wants to help us in every situation with Divine Help. He wants to divinely teach, guide, instruct and protect us. Our world is in trouble. We are overwhelmed. We have lost control, and we need God, whether we like to admit that or not. Listen, it is the Holy Spirit Who made us and God’s Almighty breath in us, but yet we resist The Holy Spirit. “The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of The Almighty gives me life.” Job 33:4. He created us and gave us breath, it stands to reason then, that He knows us and He knows better than we ever will, and, that He knows how to help us. But yet we resist Him! Our natural and carnal nature, the lusts of our flesh, the pride of life, the pleasures we seek and delve into overtake us and dull our spiritual understanding. “The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.” 1 Corinthians 2:14. We need help. Real help. Not man-made help. Our world is beyond that now. We are past that. We need potent, powerful help. We need God. We need the Holy Spirit. Just take a look around you. Let’s stop resisting the Holy Spirit and let’s seek His Divine Assistance. He is real! “Then he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6. We can continue to resist as our world deteriorates and sinks and crumbles, or, we can ask the Holy Spirit for help. We still have a window to ask. Let’s do so before it becomes far too late for us, collectively and individually.

A Dangerous Misconception

A Dangerous Misconception

Many of us have been deceived by what the Bible calls, “ravenous wolves”. Many lives have been destroyed by the appetites of these wolves who claim that they are sent by God, yet God clearly tells us, “And the LORD said to me: The prophets are prophesying lies in my name. I did not send them, nor did I command them or speak to them. They are prophesying to you a lying vision, worthless divination, and the deceit of their own minds”. Jeremiah 14:14. But the dangerous misconception here is that we use their ravenous appetites that have devoured our souls as a good reason to turn away from God, to deny God, to claim that He does not exist and to declare that there is no need to follow Jesus. That, is a dangerous misconception. We are lying to ourselves. “Jesus said to him, “ I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.” John 14:6. These ravenous wolves exist and they lie and mislead and destroy many, while using God’s name, when God did not send them. “They have seen false visions and lying divinations. They say, “Declares the LORD,” when the LORD has not sent them, and yet they expect him to fulfill their word” Ezekiel 13:6. Let me make it clear that NOT ALL prophets are false, ravenous wolves, but sadly there are many of them roving the world looking for who they can devour next. We need to protect ourselves. The best way to do is by surrendering and yielding to the Spirit of Truth. God’s Spirit, the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit that filled Jesus and kept Him. We need to be vigilant, have insight, and be discerning. Only the Holy Spirit can help us discern these wolves. Only He can empower us. That same Spirit that helped Jesus. “And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, and the Spirit of Knowledge and the fear of the LORD.” Isaiah 11-2. We cannot allow these wolves to determine our belief or unbelief in God. We are responsible for that. We cannot use them as a reason or excuse to not believe in God and follow Jesus. That, is a very dangerous misconception.

Afflicted To Grow

Afflicted To Grow

Agony. Pain. Anguish. Trials. Hurt. Despair. Tragedy. Nobody likes any of these states of being. Grief. Misery. Sorrow. Heartbreak. Nobody desires or enjoys them. Torment. Oppression, Unhappiness. Gloom. Despair. Nobody wishes them into their lives. But they happen anyway, at one point or the other, to all of us. One of those or several of those conditions plague all of us somewhere down the road, in this journey called life. Put together, they are called AFFLICTIONS. Question is how should we handle them? How should we carry ourselves in our afflictions? What should we do during times of afflictions? When we are going through excruciating hurt, pain and agony, what should our attitude, mindset and determination be? What should they look like? What should we do when we are undergoing affliction? “When life is heavy and hard to take, go off by yourself. Enter the silence. Bow in prayer. Don’t ask questions: wait for hope to appear. Don’t run from trouble. Take it full face. The worst is never the worst. Why? Because the Master won’t ever walk out and fail to return.... His stockpiles of loyal love are immense. He takes no pleasure in making life hard, in throwing roadblocks in the way...” Lamentations 3:28-33 (The Message Bible). God takes no pleasure in your grief, but He does want your attention. Permit your anguish, pain, heartbreak and tragedy to bring you to Him. Your afflictions may be many, your trials unbearable, but God will deliver you from all of them. He has only “stockpiles of love”, for you. When and how He will deliver you, will be according to His Divine purpose, blueprint, plan, agenda and His will for your life, which by the way, is the best place to ever be.

Drop The Dead End And Risk Faith

Drop The Dead End And Risk Faith

Drop the dead ends and risk faith. You have searched everywhere; gone to all kinds of places, sought out all kinds of methods and outcomes, talked to all kinds of people and received all kinds of temporary solutions and results. But even those, were all dead ends. You have searched high and low, looked to the right, looked to the left, looked up looked down, looked all around you, searched all around and found nothing but blank walls, dark holes and dead ends. Now you feel angry, despondent, frustrated and find yourself in even more darkness. Perhaps it’s time to do what the woman with the issue of blood, (Luke 8:43-48), twelve years of bleeding, did. Touch the edge of Jesus’s cloak. Touch the hem of Jesus, garment. Dare to take the risk of faith, stop going in circles and simply touch His garment. Dare to press through the crowd and touch Jesus. What is your “bleeding”? What “crowd” do you face? Dead ends will get you no where. They are dead! But take the risk of faith and touch Jesus, touch Life, touch Light, touch Truth, and be made whole. Take the risk of faith and be made complete.

Yes Your Soul Has Questions

What do you want your end of life to look like? What is your purpose on this Earth? “Your soul knows that within you lies unlimited gifts and powers, and hand in hand with God, before you were formed, there have been divine plans for you to live and function a certain way, beyond your understanding and your limitations.” -Listening to the Cry of Your Soul. https://www.xulonpress.com/bookstore/bookdetail.php?PB_ISBN=9781631293146&HC_ISBN=

Divine Vision Divine Determination

Divine Vision Divine Determination

What have you determined for, and about your life? Where are you going, and how are you getting there? It matters. Catch the revelation and vision of God for your life, and let that become your vision. Become resolute, purposeful, tenacious and stubborn about God’s Divine Purpose for you and in you. Live and thrive in the revelation of that. “Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.” “When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild.” -Proverbs 29:18. Allow God to resuscitate you. Allow Him to resurrect you, and be energized, empowered, stubborn, steadfast and determined to fulfill God’s divine vision and mission in you, for you and for the world. “I will not die; instead, I will live to tell what the LORD has done.” -Psalm 118:17

Fallen Short but Yet Magnificent

Fallen Short but Yet Magnificent

Fallen short. Falling short, but, we are all wonderfully complex. We are remarkably and wonderfully made. We are awesomely, amazingly and miraculously made. We just don’t know it, but it’s never too late, if we choose to walk in Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit. “ For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” -Ephesians 2:10

The Thief and God

The Thief and God

God is not a parasite. God is a giver, a reconciler, a peace carrier and a truth bringer. God is not about deception. The thief is. The thief will take everything away from you, deplete you, empty you out completely. But God will restore and replenish you, and lead you beside still and prosperous waters. “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” -John 10:10 The choice is ours; turn to God and regain life to the full, or, continue with the den of thieves.

Stay Focused and Fight Back

Stay Focused and Fight Back

What is your distress? What is your terrible trouble? What is your suffering? What is your affliction? What is your adversity? Fight back by staying focused on God and allow Him to fight your battle! Cry out to God and hold on to Him. Keep your eyes on Him. “ In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.” Give your battles to God and keep your mind on Him. “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.” Isaiah 26:3. Stay focused and fight back. Therein lies your victory.

Worship and Rise Up!

Worship and Rise Up!

This is not the time to stop worshipping. If anything this is the time to worship even more than ever before. Worship and rise up. Worship and heal. Worship and break through! God is with you. Don’t allow situations and circumstances stop you. Don’t allow fear and dread to block your worship. Whatever you are going through, God will take care of it. “Jesus looked at them and said, “with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Worship and wait for God to fix it. Worship until you see God’s best come through for you!

Overwhelmed.

Overwhelmed.

We have to face the reality of what’s going on, on this Earth of ours. We have to admit to the traps we have set for ourselves. We have to submit to the truth that we need help, and that we need it right now. Where should we go? To whom should we turn? “When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the Rock, that is higher than I.” Psalm 61:2. Why? Because, “those who look up to him for help will be radiant, with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces.” Psalm 34:5. This is a good time to turn to the God who is higher than us. This is a good time to trust Him. “Oh taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who trusts in him.” Psalm 34:8. Don’t you think it’s time to have a taste of what God can do for you?
