There has been a lot going on in the media lately. Every athlete, singer, or actor wants to be seen with the hottest ladies. PJ Washington was living that fantasy for a while until Brittney Renner left him. (1:30) There are a lot of people who cheat and social media has made it so much easier to cheat. I consider cheating anything that you do with someone else that you would not do in front of your partner. That includes texting, facetiming and sliding into DMs. Why do most people practice Monogamy when so many people cheat, why not practice Polygamy? (10:30) There is a trend of women weaponizing being gay. It is not okay to weaponize someone's sexual preference. (30:45) A lot of people struggle with showing empathy when it comes to the decisions they make. It is a me me me world, but we need to start thinking about other people share this world.

I may not always say things the right way, but my heart is always in the right place. I have been arguing with my fellow Black people about making sure our culture is not lost. I am in a Facebook group and a question was asked about Rap music. Should White people be allowed to make Rap music. For the past 22 months Covid has been a problem. There are many different vaccines out there: Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, and Pfizer. In California it is reported that 60% of people have been vaccinated. In Los Angeles if you are not vaccinated you cannot go enjoy different events in the city. I suffered and I am still suffering from different things on a day to day basis. I suffered from fatigue, nausea, trouble breathing, fever dehydration, no appetite, memory loss, and so many other things. I currently am still suffering from some of those things even after the 2 weeks of isolation.

I know it has been a while, but I needed a break. Some personal things came up and I needed to handle those things. I am back and on this episode we have an update on things with me (0:06). As citizens we do not know why the government does what it does, we just listen to the news or read a headline and make our own decision. Recently the US military has been pulling out of the Middle East. What is the real reason we are pulling out of the Middle East (2:37). Kanye and Drake have released music, and everyone has been debating who has the better album. Many people have also thrown both of those albums into album of the year. (13:02) There are two new challenges that have taken the world by storm. Both challenges may hurt the person who participates in the challenge. Those challenges are the Crate Challenge and the Barbed Wire Challenge. (29:03) Prayers to everyone who has been effected by the hurricane. I wish nothing but the best and hope that everyone is able to recover from this. (34:54)

Cost of living increases every year, however minimum wage does not increase every year. We are currently in a pandemic and the financial part of life is still the same. Why doesn't the government freeze the economy and start paying people a wage that they can live off of? People will continue to do what they have always done. People who like to buy things will continue to buy things and those who create things will continue to create things. The news will only push the agenda that best suits their followers. They want to get views so the headlines and the things that will be said will match the vibe of their followers. Stop hating, judging and attacking people for being different. We are all different in many way, and we need to begin embracing those differences instead of hurting one another for being different.

The year is 2021 and social media is not going anywhere. Thanks to social media people are able to connect with like minded individuals and we are able to learn about other cultures and communities. The LGBTQIA community is here and they are here to stay. In the media lately there has been a lot of backlash for things that have been said against the LGBTQIA community. In the Olympics there is a weight lifter named Laurel Hubbard who just wants to exist and do what she is passionate about. Black children have been told they are not Black if they do not look, talk, or act a certain way. Those children are discredited for being who they are and that is not okay. It is time to update the way you think and get in line with the new normal. Do not be like those people who are stuck in the past and still celebrate the little small battles that confederates won during the civil war. We must know better, do better and be better to everyone.

They say health is wealth. The healthier you are the more money you are able to make. The more money you make the more opportunities you have to healthcare and other forms of living a healthy life. There has been a vaccine created in about a year for COVID - 19, however there are other diseases and viruses that a vaccine or cure has been found. I have Crohn's Disease and to this day it negatively effects my work and personal life. My question is how has it taken so many years to find a cure for disease that have been around for years, but it has taken around a year to find a vaccine for COVID - 19. Something is not adding up

Bill Cosby has been released from prison and the world has been in an uproar ever since. On twitter the majority of Black people appeared to be happy while the majority of white people have appeared to be upset. There have been theories going around as to the reason why Bill Cosby was sent to prison, and as to why all of the allegations began when they did. We as a community need to do better providing a safe space for victims to speak up and we need to address some of these social norms in society.

The best season is here and I am so excited. We all are going to be outside this summer, because last summer we were locked inside quarantining. I see women are still trying to raise a fuss about being able to wear bonnets outside. The rapper Mulatto recently put a video out of her wearing a bonnet while boarding an airplane (3:32). Since we all want to look our best this summer, some people have been taking it too far. 20+ women were stuck on a plane, because they went to the Dominican Republic for a BBL. Love your body and you won't need to go get a BBL (13:15). Onlyfans may be moving away from adult content, a lot of women will need to go back to their day job (30:28). Derek Chauvin was sentenced to 22 1/2 years for the murder of George Floyd (33:54).

We all have wants and needs in life, however many people seem to have their needs confused with their wants. Needs are things that are necessary to survival (Food, Water, Clothes, and Shelter). Wants are things that you can obtain to make your life enjoyable (Vacations, Sex, Fancy Restaurants, and Designer Clothes). Are people truly willing to make the necessary sacrifices to make their needs happen or will they continue to struggle with chasing their wants while overlooking their needs. We as people need to get our priorities together, each one teach one

There was a pay per view boxing match this past weekend, but it was not the typical kind of boxing match. Typically you have two professionally trained boxers, who have been boxing for 5 - 10+  years and it is somewhat of an even affair. The boxers both have a game plan, both of the fighters have film and both of the fighters have fight fans that can argue all the way until the end of the fight. This past weekend we had Floyd Mayweather (51 - 0) vs Logan Paul (0 - 1) (Wins - Losses). Usually the fighters both will have wins, maybe even held a title or two and they have some status in the boxing world. Listen to this episode as I break down why athletes get into sports, why people shouldn't be mad at Floyd Mayweather, and why I believe he should continue to do exhibitions.

This past week I had the same conversation with 2 different people. In both conversations we talked about the promise that most people made when they were in middle school and high school "if you are not married by 30 we are going to get married." Both conversations then went from talking about getting married at 30 to women being Side Chicks and the risks of geriatric pregnancy. Geriatric pregnancy is when a woman is pregnant past the age of 35.

I believe the goal is to get better 1% everyday, and by doing so you will gain positive habits. It is impossible for anyone to be perfect, however we all can chase perfection. There are 4 things we all can do to be better people and to help improve ourselves. We can all practice Judo Emotions (1:23), we can all take every situation one event at a time (11:48), we need to begin to learn the difference between trauma thoughts and actual ideas (19:39), and we can all stay true to ourselves and not live your life based upon other people's expectations (29:09).

In this episode I talk about the recent police murders of Ma'Khia Bryant, Adam Toledo, and Daunte Wright. I begin the podcast speaking about the police woman who killed Daunte Wright while yelling taser multiple times (2:06). The next thing I talk about is the murder of Adam Toledo. He was killed in what appears to be an alley way while his hands were up (7:48). I also speak about the Derek Chauvin trial and how he appeared to be surprised by the verdict. George Floyd should still be alive today, and he would be alive if it was not for Derek Chauvin (15:47). In my opinion many people failed Ma'Khia Bryant in the video that was released for the world to see. At first I thought the police officer was in the right, but after watching the video multiple times, and after watching other videos my opinion has changed (24:24). I also watched two videos in which the police did not kill the people that they were called to arrest, instead they were able to arrest those men and everyone was alive the next day. The first video I watched involved a man driving a white truck, and a Hutchinson police officer hanging onto the truck (27:15). The second video I watched was a police officer being stabbed in the neck by a man. After the cop was stabbed the man ran away, the cop chased the man, and then tazed him (29:39).

Tatum and I were having a discussion about a moral code question and I just had to bring it to the podcast. Would you kill everyone California to save everyone else in the world, or would you kill everyone else in the world to save everyone in California. In this episode I will be giving you all my thoughts around men and therapy. Some men do not believe that therapy works, some believe that showing emotions will make them weak, and some believe that there is no point in asking for help because they are strong. Therapy is "also called psychotherapy or counseling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body)."

As children we see our parents as Gods and some people still idolize their parents. Our parents raise us and they know us pretty well until around the ages of 13, 14, 15. That is when most people began to become independent, and they began to form their own lives. That lead me to the question, how well do we know our parents? If the child becomes independent during their teen years and they begin to hide things from their parents, are the parents already hiding things from the child? Parents do not know everything that their child has gone through, so it is safe to assume the child does not know everything the parent has gone through. We are literally raised by strangers!!!

I start this episode out with a message to everyone about mental health. It is important to check your mental health especially in these time (:21). Dr Emmanuel got my hopes up with the viral video about the COVID-19 cure, but people don't believe her because she spoke about having sex with demons. Everyone wants to be rich, but how many people truly have what it takes to become rich? Would you be single or would you be married? What if you had to choose between the two? (:23). I did not know who Mia Khalifa was, but porn has changed her life. I often think about how many things I did to earn an extra buck or two and those things have not ruined my life. (11:10). Times are hard during these times because of Covid-19, and one of the things that are suffering right now is relationships.Not just the relationship you have with your partner, but also the relationships you have with your friends. (22:11). I am in a group chat with 3 people and we all are in interracial relationships, and it is tough to be in one during these times of protest. (24:54) Companies like Reddit and Disney have made some changes, but none of the changes that Black people have asked for. People are losing their jobs, roller coaster rides are being changed, and they are taking down statues, but Black people are still being threatened and killed. (32:06)
