"The Other Wonders" series continues with part 2 of the 1980s! Witness the most underrated black metal band in history, an unreasonably underage pop star, a band thats actually one whole person and Ska before ska was a thing. Lets play some of the hardest and biggest hits at this John Hughes prom.

Ending out Adam's journey through One Piece's East Blue Saga and loving every minute of it! Every. Minute. Of. It. New characters are super fun and payoff is all that matters. Plus a quick chat up at the end with an introspective about masculinity in the anime community. Go watch Hinomaru Sumo.

Recap of Takeover Phoenix and Royal Rumble and lots of confused and eager speculation talks as we kick of Wrestlemania Season and figure out what to do with the lull season of New Japan. Also Dean Ambrose is leaving WWE probably.... hard times man.

Its a very selfish episode and a happy birthday to Jesse! Find out all his awful taste in Sci-fi movies as he and Adam run through his favorite films of the decade in the genre. Picking apart more movies than others and mostly celebrating their existence for the sake of Jesse's existence. Hooray!

Rounding out the first set of the "Other Wonders" series with with a set of songs, quite possibly only on the list because these are mostly artists with 1 or 2 albums. The decade of the 2010s with so many musical streaming possibilities is the best to help prove the concept of "1-Hit Wonders" is all but dead and gone for plenty of people who seek out whole albums or get attached to certain smaller artists. Or unless you're like Adam and didnt even know some of the hits in the first place.

A year in review and a fun indulgent run down of what we loved over all and in the last half of the year 2018 in Music, Movies, Anime, Tv Shows, and Video Games. Hope 2019 will be a magnificent year for us and you!

The first of many episodes chronicling one man’s journey through the 20 plus year series of the mighty overratted king pin of shonen: ONE PIECE. Along with another man who is constantly trying not to squee when the other discovers something about the show. One knows nothing about One Piece, the other wont shut up about it. Come aboard the first 30 epdisoes and get ready to be very happy and/or very confused. We are on a never ending cruise.

A look back at November in wrestling and look forward to the end and very beginning of the year of wrestling. TLC and Wrestle Kingdom 13 rundowns, talking about WarGames and Survivor Seires and where the next year is headed.

The 2000's. Filled with a piano ballad arms race and a crunk party that lasted the entire decade. Two strangely specific music concepts that flooded the singles market of this era and beyond along with some fun alt rock one hit wonders that were lucky to get on board at all. Allow us to remind you of places only we know and bad days and how to pop lock and drop your laffy taffy. (Editor's note: I did not write the previous sentence. I do not endorse the previous sentence. If you don't want sentences like this to continue please write your local congressman.) Then come down from your nostalgia high as Adam wrestles with Red Dead Redemption 2 and the current state of video games as a whole.

Marvel 2016, where some ideas worked super well and others not so much. The ambition of Avengers 2.5 in Civil War, the visual menagerie in Doctor Strange, and the (literally) down to earth Ant-Man. What could have been a cool down period after Ultron offered both high risks and safe bets. That is until the two of us get distracted and spend like half an hour talking about a little bit of everything else.

Sometimes wrestling is sad. Sometimes wrestling is bad. Sometimes wrestling is great but no one talks about it because of how sad and bad it gets. Covering Evolution, Sorry Arabia, and being paranoid and hopeful over Roman Reigns' health. But we believe in you roman. Get well soon big dog. (Editor's note: we go a little off the rails at the end of this one, but I feel that kinda encapsulates the past month in wrestling so it's damn near poetic.)

Which season of the Simpsons is best? It's Season 8, and Adam will fight you any time and anywhere on that! All he's got to do is last three rounds. Jesse watched most of these episodes only once as a child and all of those memories came flooding back through this rewatch. We relive the moral panic of the 90s and bust a gut (editor's note: boy I haven't thought about the term bust a gut in a long time and lemme tell you, it sure is something) with us while we do it. Memory lane never looked so volatile.

A podcast episode about TV the book. Running through the opinions and well crafted marks and remarks about the 100 best U.S. TV shows of all time by two of the best TV critics of the modern era. One of the ensest 50 days in wrestling in 2018 resulting in some of the most predictable outcomes, and yet, the most uncertain future of wrestling for the next 6 months! Even if you don’t know what’s going on, give it a try. There may be something you like stuffed in our extra-long monthly wrestling spectacular.

Going backwards in time it’s part 1 of our great Marvel Cinematic Universe discussion. Starting with the 2018 films; Ant-Man and the Wasp, Infinity War, and Black Panther. Including discussion about where the universe is headed and how Captain Marvel and the conclusion of the Thanos saga will play out.

An episode of music! 8 favorite albums of a persnickety metalhead who looks for lush layers and masterful anthemic choruses! Also including an aggressive optimist who wants to take you to the far away past of fall 2017 and reinfect you with 8 alt pop hits you couldn't escape then and can't escape now.
