Phyllis has a passion for developing emerging leaders by coaching them to “lead where they are” while staying focused on their bigger purpose in life. Phyllis began her career as an auditor for a public accounting firm and as an accountant in the corporate world. Nineteen years ago, she started her own business – a leadership training and development organization, specializing in personal and professional growth. Phyllis has a BSBA degree with a major in Accounting and holds a CPA certificate. She also holds membership in the Association for Talent Development and the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She has a professional certification as a Higher Ground Leadership Coach and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. In addition to her professional life, Phyllis volunteers and serves on several nonprofit boards supporting the community and local businesses.

Seth is a leader, teacher, coach, musician and community organizer.  Enjoy a fascinating interview with this multi-talented person.

Joyce has successfully trained and coached hundreds of people. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential from the Center for Credentialing and Education, and is a Certified Life Coach through the Institute for Life Coach Training. She is certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the EQi-2.0. She completed the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government Executive Education program. Joyce is a co-founder of the innovative coaching venture, the Ad Astra Coach Alliance, and owns Resonance Coaching and Consulting. Clients and co-workers admire Joyce’s gift for leadership and mentoring, describing her as a “true visionary,”  with an “ever-present determination to rise above normal human limitations.”

Tim Link is an incredible inspiration to us all.  Tim holds the MCC (Master Certified Coach) designation, which is the highest level of credential awarded by the International Coach Federation. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Organization and Management Development and a graduate certificate in Evidence Based Coaching, both from Fielding Graduate University.

Troy has a diverse background and is the owner of TRU Coaching & Consulting and an insurance firm. In addition, he offers leadership coaching and consulting; facilitation for non-profit and for-profit organizations. Troy is a Partner with the Ad Astra Coach Alliance.

Troy has a clear purpose for connecting people’s deeper values to make the most impact. He brings a unique ability to assist others through transition to imagine a unique and innovative way forward.
