EP 1: Freedom Principle # 1 - Addressing Limiting Beliefs

EP 1: Freedom Principle # 1 - Addressing Limiting Beliefs

You don't know what you don't know.

That is why we want to address those limiting beliefs first in our freedom journey first. I had to really break out of the limiting beliefs that were holding me back from my freedom journey. Growing up partly in China and then in the US, I thought if I just work hard, I can have it all. That along with other limiting beliefs were holding me and other high-performing immigrants and Americans back for years...

I am your host, Micy Liu. I moved to the US when I was 16  years old by myself. Going through higher education and corporate careers, I  knew nothing about building wealth. it was not until a few years ago, my financial, personal and spiritual life all started pivoting and I started building true wealth and financial independence for me and my family. The truth is that if we are handcuffed, we can’t go anywhere no matter how many places we can or want to go. Now let’s look at breaking through those limiting beliefs and start sailing towards freedom!

What to listen for:

00:39 - Why it’s important to address limiting beliefs?

01:15 - First Limiting Belief: Money is scarce

02:25 - Second Limiting Belief: Hard work

04:25 - Third Limiting Belief: Return of investment (not just money)

08:43 - Conclusion
