I had the pleasure to have as a guest on my You tube  channel :Adelante with Arlene on my segment " Speak it out ! Sing it Loud !  my friend a 80's Freestyle Music recording  artist Chrissy I-eece.  

In the 80's we shared the same stage and lived out our professional music careers without Faith. We encountered many hardships and reached many bottoms in our lives until we found out Faith in Him our Lord.

In this Video she shares her battle with cancer, losing her mother and how she survived her darkest hour . She now is no longer who she once was but instead now is lead by her Faith in the lord and knows that with Him She has the strength to get through it all.

Do you find yourself questioning God lately more than usual? Do you struggle to find the answers?  Many of us go through these struggles often in this journey we call life.  While God is not disappointed with our questions, He does help us when we seek Him out in prayer, to learn to trust Him and know that while at times life does not make sense?  There are things we may not know why at first but in time all is revealed by He who knows best.

When I was very young I wrote a paper at 17 in college, entitled, Love the Undefined word", If to you ask me today what the paper said I can honestly say I have no idea, but knowing what I was going through in my ome life back then I can probably imagine why I entitled the article as  I did.  Today  I felt in my heart to speak about Love, yet not know what I was really going to say. Unscripted . The word of God reminds us that :

Proverbs 15:4 “Gentle words  bring life and health; a deceitful tongue crushes the spirit.”

 Proverbs  16:24 “Kind words are like honey-sweet to the soul and healthy for the  body.”

 Proverbs 18:4 “A person's words can be life-giving water; words  of true wisdom are as refreshing as a bubbling brook.”

In all our life we all have had a moment of regret, saying something that cannot be taken back. 

What we say what we do, affects not only us but others.

It is important to guard our mouths and be a good steward of our word and reap rewards and not regrets.
