The men to women ratio in the leadership role in entrepreneurship is 2:10 in most of the countries including some of the developed ones like the United States but patiently the number is increasing and hopefully equals in coming times.

Especially in a country like India, where the report shows that 3% of the Indian Population identify as homosexual (Including Gay and Lesbian), 9% identify as bisexual, 1% identify as pansexual and 2% identify as asexual, the awareness and perception of LGBTQ+ community are very important.
